As a chef for 17 year I honestly can say they went above expectations and left me and my wife both saying while eating that the food is really good. Btw, they have crispy home cut french fries.“

“I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK YOU CANDACE!“

“Every time I am at this location the staff is always very friendly and accommodating. I ordered online for the first time today and was kinda skeptical about not having the "right" amount of toppings as I would if I was standing there to guide them.. but my order was perfect when I picked it up! “I highly, highly, highly recommend Wednesday's Jerk Chicken Special at Rae's Gourmet Sandwiches on Union. That is, if you enjoy involuntarily and pitifully yelping as you jump straight up out of, and pretty much fall off of, your office chair from the incredibly delicious and even more incredibly painful heat of the spices with your very first bite. The instantaneous clearing of any toxins in your body is spectacular. No worries, though, these antics go entirely unnoticed by your co-corkers who don't even hear you yelp because, while it seems to be ear splitting in your own head, the spices have actually sucked the breath out of you and it is a silent scream. Even as you walk in circular fashion around the office frantically flapping your arms like a chicken trying to whip up some semblance of a cool breeze to save yourself, you'll only come to realize that your co-workers think this behavior is normal for you. “My only complaint is that there’s not a closer location relative to where I live in Nashville. I love this concept and they surely did not disappoint. It was a very friendly, clean establishment and the chicken salad is absolutely excellent. I went with the melt with the “southern” style chicken salad, which was basically with eggs and sweet pickles. Yum. I can’t wait to make the hike again for their pimento cheese!“

“Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you go ask the way around the block to a different entrance into the building and then back through aforementioned building to get to the sandwich shop.“

“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

Highly recommend the siracha aoli sauce on anything they have. Overall 10/10 and you can’t beat the prices. I get butterflies and break out a cold sweat. Oh how I love this subway location. The crew here runs a tight ship, better than the pilgrims even. They are friendly charming and they smell like a field of roses on a warm summer night as you watch shooting stars. Portion sizing is much better than the inferior Nashville subway location. “Kevin and Hailey are VERY friendly and introduced me to the Chicken Teriyaki made with wonderful avocado!!! It is delicious!!! Try it! You’ll love it! I recommend this location at 1201 Murfreesboro Rd above ALL OTHER Subways in Nashville for accurate orders and friendliness.

“On vacation and decided to try them for lunch. Had the ham and swiss regular added bacon, lettuce, tomato and mayo. Sandwich was delicious. Luckily we got there right before the lunch rush.“

“Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. “The first thing that impressed me was the sandwich maker washed his hands after coming from the back. He also greeted me. Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. My sandwich was very tasty and handled in the most sanitary fashion. This person should go to all the other locations and train for proper handling of food. Not sure why people don't believe in washing their hands. I will continue to eat at this location. Great service!!!!“

“The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! I'll choose this Subway every time from now on!!! I already know that I will be happy when I leave this one, I am always happy with the service here!!!“

“I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“I don't know whats changed at this store but it's come a long way in a short time. Last year I was all but accosted by someone claiming to be the manager because I asked for extra crackers. I guess he paid for them personally.

Same exact scenario and not only did the lady gladly help me out. She didn't treat me like a criminal.

“Having worked at Subway I completely understand your line might get cluttered, You're putting toppings on so fast there's no time to brush off the excess before someone snaps a picture. The management I was under before I became one would fire people at the drop of a hat if they couldn't make a sandwich in 45 seconds... Yes there was a stopwatch. Subway has a high turnover rate for these reasons. So next time lady that's scowling 3 people behind me and harassing the person making MY sandwiches. Wait your turn because your complaints don't even phase Subway workers... They're used to it regardless!“

“This location is awesome! I work downtown and it's sometimes not worth driving around downtown to pickup lunch, due to the scarce of parking. On the days I give up driving, my goto is Jimmy John's! The downtown location is freakishly fast, and delivered within minutes. Like today, I received within 10 minutes! The orders are always made as requested, and delivery is always fast with a smile!!

“There are several Subways closer to home but this one is top notch. Its worth the drive to be satisfied. Fresh produce.(spinach isn't slimey) they seem to always have several breads to choose from. Other subways seem to always be out of more than 2 breads to choose from.THIS IS THE BEST SUBWAY IN THE AREA!GOOD JOB GUYS“

“Just got back from Big G's. This is my 2nd time ever going there. I love the white fish! However, I was given catfish and not what I ordered. Very unhappy about that! The fish I got the first time was perfectly cooked. While waiting for my order the conversations of other customers is funny? It's a rough area but I do like the fish!?“

Parking: The parking be can be quite busy especially on the weekends.

Dietary restrictions: They offer a vegetarian sub as well as as a veggie sub.“

“My go to location for fresh foot longs. We usually get the foot long Subway Club. They are friendly and add whatever toppings you ask for without complaint. We go often and have always received good service.

Vegetarian options: There are times I order the veggie sub piled high with fresh vegetables doused with oil and vinegar. Yummy.“
