“I just want to shoutout a specific worker here named Candace. I had to put in a large catering order for work last minute hoping the workers could make it happen and not only did Candace come through - she came through all by herself. She put together 4+ catering boxes of subs and wraps for me all by herself in less than an hour and a half while still helping some of her regulars. I told her if she couldn’t it’s okay I’d figure something else out as I didn’t want to stress her out, but she insisted she could do it - and she definitely did.I haven’t experienced service and dedication like that in such a long time. She really held that entire restaurant down by herself and did it while remaining so kind. Truly a gem of a person. She deserves all the raises and bonuses and more recognition than I alone could give her. THANK YOU CANDACE!“

I ordered online for the first time today and was kinda skeptical about not having the "right" amount of toppings as I would if I was standing there to guide them.. but my order was perfect when I picked it up! “I highly, highly, highly recommend Wednesday's Jerk Chicken Special at Rae's Gourmet Sandwiches on Union. That is, if you enjoy involuntarily and pitifully yelping as you jump straight up out of, and pretty much fall off of, your office chair from the incredibly delicious and even more incredibly painful heat of the spices with your very first bite. The instantaneous clearing of any toxins in your body is spectacular. No worries, though, these antics go entirely unnoticed by your co-corkers who don't even hear you yelp because, while it seems to be ear splitting in your own head, the spices have actually sucked the breath out of you and it is a silent scream. Even as you walk in circular fashion around the office frantically flapping your arms like a chicken trying to whip up some semblance of a cool breeze to save yourself, you'll only come to realize that your co-workers think this behavior is normal for you. “Cozy sandwich shop, friendly service as soon as you walk in the door. The Philly on a wrap is really tasty and my wife loved the BLT. "Atmosphere" got 4-stars because the fountain drink machine was broken and there was no free option for a cup of water. The only bottle water option they had was Dasani (hashtag vomit ?) Overall this is a great place for a quick bite and within a few easy steps walking distance from Broadway.

Wheelchair accessibility: Not wheelchair friendly unless you go ask the way around the block to a different entrance into the building and then back through aforementioned building to get to the sandwich shop.“

“My first time ever stepping into a Quiznos was yesterday. At the suggestion of my friend, we met there for lunch. While it's a little more pricier than other sub places, I wasn't disappointed and it was worth paying more. I tried the French dip and it was delicious. You could tell the ingredients were fresh! The bread was toasted just right! The gentleman that works there was very helpful and professional. Thanks for the new customer cookie!

“Firehouse subs in Goodlettsville jumped on our Feed the Bucs sponsorship and supplied a pre-game meal for 40 girls on the Beech High School soccer team They were so willing and nice when we went into the store and spoke with the manager, Chad. We are grateful to have community businesses out there to support our schools and athletes. The girls loved the meal!“

“Real simple concept, place order head on website and you’re good to go for pickup probably within a few minutes. Food is top notch quality-wise. Highly recommend the siracha aoli sauce on anything they have. Overall 10/10 and you can’t beat the prices. Only thing I wish they had is a side option for hash browns of some sort, either with bites or a large handheld one.“

“I just want to say two things. After my brother’s funeral, I stopped in to get an ice tea for the long drive home. I don’t know why but the server gave me free tea. I didn’t tell her my situation before hand, maybe I just looked wiped out. That act of kindness was monumental to me. I told her the server afterwards and how that act of kindness was so meaningful. I’d like to thank the person who hired this server. The server had heart and depth.

The second thing is my mother lives at Clarendale right behind the restaurant. Macalisters is so handy to grab a sandwich and soup here and there. We can always count on it being good.“

“The guy that runs/works at this subway is so nice and always smiling. His sandwiches are the best because he doesn't just throw the meat and cheese on. He makes it so that you get a bite of everything on your sandwich from the first bite to the last bite of it!! I have to drive a little further to get to this one, but that's OK because he is much nicer than the people at the Lebanon Pike Subway when it comes to customer service!! “The first thing that impressed me was the sandwich maker washed his hands after coming from the back. He also greeted me. Washing hands and being greeted first and foremost is out of the ordinary for SUBWAY. I hardly eat there because of nasty service. This location is above the rest. My sandwich was very tasty and handled in the most sanitary fashion. This person should go to all the other locations and train for proper handling of food. “Be careful at this location. They have barrier poles set up as many places do. The middle one is hiding when you’re backing out of the first spot for the store. If you’re in a Truck or SUV you can’t see “the middle” one. The manager came out to let me know “it happens all the time “. Expensive Sandwich this visit. I get butterflies and break out a cold sweat. Oh how I love this subway location. The crew here runs a tight ship, better than the pilgrims even. They are friendly charming and they smell like a field of roses on a warm summer night as you watch shooting stars. Portion sizing is much better than the inferior Nashville subway location. “I went there with my brother and sister right after seeing Andrew Jackson's Hermitage. We needed a place to eat, having not done so since before landing in Nashville. The subs that we got were amazing. Everything was reasonably priced, and we liked seeing the firefighter memorabilia, too. If we're ever back in Tennessee, we'll certainly return.“

“Just got back from Big G's. This is my 2nd time ever going there. I love the white fish! However, I was given catfish and not what I ordered. Very unhappy about that!
