“We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.“

“Wanted to send a shoutout to Arby’s on 816 Foothills Drive. I love Arby’s and lately have enjoyed they’re Loaded Italian sub. Although every Arby’s I’ve been to have always been really good I have to hand it to this particular one. While they’re low in staff and can only have the drive thru open, it wasn’t a bad wait time (even though I don’t mind waiting). Anyways, the drive thru lady, Kimmie, was so courteous. Now on to the food. This was the best loaded italian sub I’ve had since I started eating them. Africkenmazing!!! Family also said their roast beef samiches were real good. Love it!!!“

“McDonald's steak egg and cheese bagels are my favorite breakfast sandwich of all time they are incredibly delicious pack of pepper a little bit of salt and one package of mayonnaise amazing along with a Starbucks vanilla sweet cream cold brew perfect breakfast“

“WE HIGHLY RECOMMEND THIS LOCATION!! EVERYTHING we got today was SOOO FRESH!!! In all the years I've been to this location I've never seen the 1st window open but did today. Also wanna say all you customers who are rude remember if theses workers wasn't here working you couldn't get your food!“

“I went in for dinner. They took my order and I went to get my drink. The area beside the drink machine where you get napkins, cutlery, packets of ketchup, etc. was empty. There were plenty of napkins in the dispenser on the wall. The dining room was kinda shabby. The tables were dirty and the chairs well worn. There was a vacuum cleaner leaning against the trash can. The one tag m trash can was nearly over flowing abs the second was nearly full. I enjoyed my burgers and fries though.“

“Was in Jersey Mike's August the 24th at 1pm.Ordered 2 subs.Everybody there was super fast & super friendly!!! The subs were the best!!!! You have an excellent crew at the Maryville location & as stated i interacted with all the workers there & they're the very best!!!!“

“I went in there and the man was so kind I’m pretty sure his name was James! He was so sweet and I made sure to tell him that because everytime I’ve went to any subway most people are rude and ready to go home. My food was spectacular and well made! Very good at his job this man needs applauded“

“First time having Papa John's in years. But I was presently surprise by everything. The store was clean and they had a lot of people working. Workers were friendly and busy working. The food was good, a lot of butter on the garlic bread but still good. And the jalapeño was not as good as it once was many years ago.
Who I assume to be the manager was very nice, offered us plates and extra sauce, seeing that we were talking about going somewhere to eat outside. I will be back when I get a craving again.“

“This bucket of chicken was without a doubt the worst chicken I've ever eatn it was like trying to chew up a mouthful of rubber bands and when I called them and complained about it the assistant manager said( ok ) I can promise the kfc by foothills mall has cn the last of me. The only reason I gave it 1 star is simply because there was nothing less“
