“We visit Smoky Mountain Brewery frequently. It is one of our favorite places in Gatlinburg. The food is always great along with the service. We always eat in the bar because our favorite server is Oana from Romania. She always remembers what beer we drink and when she takes our order she never writes anything down which always amazes us. She is very attentive and always pleasant to talk to. One of the reasons we always enjoy our visits to the Brewery.“

“Wanted to send a shoutout to Arby’s on 816 Foothills Drive. I love Arby’s and lately have enjoyed they’re Loaded Italian sub. Although every Arby’s I’ve been to have always been really good I have to hand it to this particular one. While they’re low in staff and can only have the drive thru open, it wasn’t a bad wait time (even though I don’t mind waiting). Anyways, the drive thru lady, Kimmie, was so courteous. Now on to the food. This was the best loaded italian sub I’ve had since I started eating them. Africkenmazing!!! Family also said their roast beef samiches were real good. Love it!!!“

“Was in Jersey Mike's August the 24th at 1pm.Ordered 2 subs.Everybody there was super fast & super friendly!!! The subs were the best!!!! You have an excellent crew at the Maryville location & as stated i interacted with all the workers there & they're the very best!!!!“

“So look. All I can say is when I went around midnight I had to wait a couple minutes. But it was totally worth it. The chili cheese fries were fresh, and all the cheese Krystal's were steaming fresh. For the value my meal was delicious.“

“Good food. I had a big order for takeout. It was during the Saturday morning rush, so very understandable with difficulty ordering. All the workers seemed to be working hard. It was very busy. I would recommend their breakfast burritos and biscuits.“

“Went in today at lunch, was a rush but the teenager who took my order was friendly and had a huge smile on her face. It was refreshing. The tall boy who got my food was the friendliest. The manager even made it a point to tell me to have a great day as I left. I appreciate the friendliness, just wish you’d bring back home style tenders!!“

“I apparently messed up the time my order needed to be delivered. Called the manager Kyle and he saved the day!!! My pizzas were first delivered way early and I needed them later in the afternoon. Since my pizzas were going to sitting on my porch for 2 hours, he redid the whole order for me! Thank you so much for taking care of your customers! Also, a big thank that the delivery guy who called me to let me know they were delivered when no one was home. Amazing service!!!“
