“It's a drive thru only, we were in an RV so had to walk thru, thankfully it was ok. We both got burgers, they were good but rather expensive for a burger, fries and shake. Was my 1st time eating at a Pals, I didn't get what everyone's excitement over Pals is about.“

“I had 2 country ham biscuits with extra ham last week, and they were really good. The biscuits were buttery and baked with a brown crust, and the ham was hot, and cooked right. I usually enjoy their biscuits, but these we were especially good! I usually go there 3+ times a week, it is always clean, and the staff is always pleasant.“

“I'm not lying when I say this is probably the best fast food I've ever had. Prices are better than any other competition. Quality is so much better like their burger is one of the most delicious burgers I've had. The Frenchie Fries are a must. I dont know what they do to make them but they are beyond a doubt the best fries I've ever had. If you're in Johnson City, Pal's is a must“

“They missed an item from my order. I didn't realize until I got home and was ready to eat. I called them and let them know and I would be back in 5 minutes, because they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Anyways. They made it right and even offered to remake my order (i declined because my food was still warm). They were professionally about it and I appreciate it. I believe the Manager's name is either Nedal or Nadier. Nice gentleman“

“I love cookout! There are none where i live now, so when i see one i am there! But i have only ever had one thing there, BBQ chicken sandwich. The first time I went to cookout was in NC and it was the perfect chicken sandwich! So i get it every time! The one i had today was every bit as good as the first one!“

“Yesterday at lunchtime, I ordered three subs to go. There was such a large amount of mayonnaise and/or dressing on them that they were soggy. They were almost impossible to eat as they fell apart when you picked them up. A major disappointment!“
