“Good food but had to update i went through today 12/19 got my normal order and sad to say I found a hair in my hotdogs embedded in the cheese. Am I mad no not at all it happens I went back through and told them what happened they were super sweet we were making jokes about it. I love the people that work here and the food as well. Yall are amazing. I work in pest control and know this kitchen is one of the cleanest I have seen in a restaurant sometimes stuff happens and you just gotta laugh it off“

“I had 2 country ham biscuits with extra ham last week, and they were really good. The biscuits were buttery and baked with a brown crust, and the ham was hot, and cooked right. I usually enjoy their biscuits, but these we were especially good! I usually go there 3+ times a week, it is always clean, and the staff is always pleasant.“

“Love the food but they really need to pay attention to orders. Ordered a junior cheeseburger plain with lettuce only. I received a cheeseburger with onion, tomato and mayo, no lettuce. The receipt even said plain with lettuce. I wish I could say this was the first time but it at least the 3rd time something like this has happened! Need to do better“

“Wow! What an awesome peach milkshake! Tasted like homemade Ice cream and fresh peaches! It was amazing! Best I’ve ever had. Hubby and I got Cobb salad and chicken strips! Delish! Best fast food restaurant around! You won’t be disappointed!“

“I’ve worked in customer service for over 9 years and enjoy the occasional fast food pickup. I went to this Arby’s 11/7/2025 and had an amazing experience! I went though the drive thru and the worker who took my order and payment was amazing! I wish I would have gotten her name! She was so incredibly kind and quick! 10/10 believe people need to look to her for service!

“There is a very nice young man that works there I’d say 20-25 years old and has reddish hair. Anyways, my bacon double cheeseburger that I had gotten earlier today didn’t have any bacon on it so I went back and explained that I had talked to the manager and he said that it could be replaced for me. He was polite and very professional. I haven’t seen good customer service like that in 15 years. If he’s not a manager, he needs to be!!“

“Every time I've been here, the staff have been very courteous and the food was fresh and delicious. I especially like how neat they prepare the burgers. A lot of places just slap something together because they're in a hurry but here it seems they can work quickly AND prepare your food in a presentable way.“

“Had to wait on a person to come to the front counter to take order she didn't seem like she was very happy to do so when you are a senior you should automatically get a senior discount did not get that I had to ask did not get my drink so I had to ask for that also had but they are letting it go to give him my receipt they never gave me my receipt back got tacos but they were so flat they didn't even seem like as we got was a little sliver of a taco they used to have fantastic tacos bring back the normal size taco and you might add more people“

“I love Zaxbys. But every time I go through the drive through. Someone messes up my order. I've had my drink missing several times. My son's sandwich in his kid's meal was not included in his meal. I've had wings missing and fries missing many times. The management at the Andrew Johnson location and the college square mall location have been very rude. I've had to go back inside to get my missing item because the drive through is extremely long. Zaxbys is one of my favorite places to eat. But you guys need to work on checking your orders better and have better customer service. I care about the people who work here. At the same time I am cheering you on. But something has got to change. I believe you can do better. Just giving my feedback!“

“Yesterday at lunchtime, I ordered three subs to go. There was such a large amount of mayonnaise and/or dressing on them that they were soggy. They were almost impossible to eat as they fell apart when you picked them up. A major disappointment!“

“Raelyn took care of me try the new sauce the last dub was amazing one the ghost pepper wings even with the chance now I could say the ghost peppers taste just a good as they first came out a lot more crispier. I’m also glad they fixed the AC cause before in the summer time. It was super hot and the coworkers still worked their very best in the extreme heat. Dedication 100% recommend going for some good chicken. And a special thank you to raelyn for that 100% awesomeness customer service, that’s what always makes me come back.“
