“It's a drive thru only, we were in an RV so had to walk thru, thankfully it was ok. We both got burgers, they were good but rather expensive for a burger, fries and shake. Was my 1st time eating at a Pals, I didn't get what everyone's excitement over Pals is about.“

“Ate here for the first time today with my parents and we all enjoyed the food and the custard. My parents decided to make it their go to place when they come to Morristown. The prices weren’t far above other fast food prices but the quality of the food and service was. It seems to be a favorite for families, with several decent sized groups dining. Despite the busy day, our food was ready in a reasonable amount of time and was hot and fresh! Will certainly be back!

Kid-friendliness: There were several families with children dining while my family and I ate. It was our first time going to this restaurant. It was fairly open with booths for seating. There isn’t a playground and I didn’t notice any crayons or small activities offered for children. There were no children dining with my family and I did not notice if they offer toys with their children’s meals. What I can say is that this restaurant felt like a good down to Earth place where families can dine without someone staring them down for their kids being kids. At the same time it was clean, had friendly service, and didn’t break the bank.“

“I love Pals. The hot dogs are the best. The Frenchie fries are absolutely delicious... especially with extra salt. The burgers are very good....they even have a "sauce burger" which I'm told is extraordinary. The employees are always so very kind and courteous. Very much worth a visit....“

“Good food, good prices. I don't come often because it's far, but I love it! A cook out jr tray is filling enough for an adult. I like to get a burger with cajun fries and cole slaw and put the slaw on the burger. They've got great milkshakes and they're one of the few places that have cheerwine available.“

“Had to wait on a person to come to the front counter to take order she didn't seem like she was very happy to do so when you are a senior you should automatically get a senior discount did not get that I had to ask did not get my drink so I had to ask for that also had but they are letting it go to give him my receipt they never gave me my receipt back got tacos but they were so flat they didn't even seem like as we got was a little sliver of a taco they used to have fantastic tacos bring back the normal size taco and you might add more people“

“We had breakfast. The gravy was pretty good. My sister enjoyed her sausage biscuit. Service was excellent with our first cashier. That cashier had gone on break when I went back to order a sweet potato pie. After I stood there a while even though she was on break she came and took my order because the person covering for her was ignoring me“

“They missed an item from my order. I didn't realize until I got home and was ready to eat. I called them and let them know and I would be back in 5 minutes, because they forgot my mozzarella sticks. Anyways. They made it right and even offered to remake my order (i declined because my food was still warm). They were professionally about it and I appreciate it. I believe the Manager's name is either Nedal or Nadier. Nice gentleman“

“Was a nice pleasant experience here we ordered two three egg breakfast combos plus a sausage egg and cheese combo was made as ordered was fresh and Awesome job on them The food Was hot & nothing Was a miss. The floors where stick but everything was great .“
