“This little family owned greasy spoon is a local treasure. Excellent ice cream treats and good quality freshly made menu items. Typical of a classic mid-century drive-in the relaxed atmosphere is like a walk back in time. Make no mistake-you will not leave there with an empty stomach. The ladies at the counter are always friendly and helpful. They are patient with small kids that can't decide their ice-cream fate. Great variety. Ask about their Hamburger Steak specials.“

“I had excellent service from Michelle Beqette & Hannah Davis they were very knowledgeable very kind and the service was fast. P.s The Biscuits was phenomenal!!!!!!!!!!! No more gone to the Stone drive Hardee's. we will certainly be coming to the one in Mount Carmel because of the biscuits being as good as they were and because of the customer service but the biscuits was truly phenomenal the person making them knows exactly what they're doing. The only caveat is, make sure you order it with pickles (once you try it, you can never get it without them).“

The food was ready when promised and all 28 of our employees LOVED the food. I, personally, don’t care for fast food burgers, but this one was incredible. Everyone in our group loved the dinner so much they requested the same for lunch the very next day. 10/10 could not recommend this location and burger enough.“

“I was so happy about the Taco Bell when I moved to Gate City. Coming from Jacksonville, Florida. I'm used to the Taco Bell employees punching my taco before they hand it to me. And it can be kind of frustrating knowing that whole damn crew smokes weed but not a single one of them can roll a f'ing burrito. 🙄 But the one here is awesome! “I was really craving hush puppies. The food was exceptionally delicious. The hushpuppies that came with the fish were good the 12 extra hushpuppies were so hard my dogs could not chew them . I could not eat them, wasted $5. Think they had been cooked all day . Guess eat the fish or chicken leave the hushpuppies at the restaurant.“

“My husband had went to grab some food here. If I would have been with my husband I would have told the manager off for cussing his employees in front of the customers and asked for my money back. But I wasn't with him and the food I was presented at home was the WORST Arbys food I have ever had. Maybe 6 FF, the Roast Beef was hard with hard chunks in it, also had Mozz Sticks that was like trying to eat a tire and no dipping sauce either. We WILL NOT be back at this one and I'll be contacting corporate or someone to let them know how unprofessional their manager is to their employees.“
