“This was our first time trying Hugh-Baby's and we would return. Ths burgers were good - an elevated fast food burger basically. One of us loved the fries and one was just okay with them - they're not vrisp but seasoned well. Good chili dogs too. Somewhat pricey for what it is.“

“This is a standard Chick-fil-A that ISN'T TOO CROWDED. They have curbside pick up. It's hard to turn left out of the parking lot onto Charlotte Pike. If you need to head toward downtown Nashville, driving through the parking lot and exit with the light. THEY EVEN HAVE THE OLD STEIRFOAM CUPS!!!!! It's my pleasure to bring you this information.“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

“ordered a kids meal but they wouldn't let me substitute the fries for coleslaw, which meant I had to buy the coleslaw on the side. Not ideal but not the end of the world.

Chicken: 7/10, maybe even 6.5/10. Very juicy and crunchy, but not much flavor in the batter
Coleslaw: 9/10. This is what coleslaw should taste like! Vinegar based, not too sweet, awesome. Would be better if it were shredded cabbage instead of chopped.
Chicken and coleslaw: 8/10. The coleslaw pairs soo well but the chicken just needs more flavor. .

“Extremely hard area to get in and out of. The waffle fries were extremely salty (first time ever for any location). They didn't put my mayonnaise in the bag after saying it twice and then the employee repeating it back twice.
No big deal. Just in an awkward area with extremely busy roads/intersection. Little sketchy around there now.“

“Pretzels were quick, very warm, tasted great, and were cooked quite well. They were a little gooey on the inside and flaky on the outside. The manager was also very nice. I told her I was vegetarian and she made sure to accommodate that and get rid of cross-contamination. They also make it in front of you which is cool.“

“I went there around midnigh the 8 of july to order a sub and a médium half veggie and half philly. Arriving at my motel i was surprised too see they where no sauce in the sub, in Canada majority does but the difference between this sub with no sauce compared to 1 place in Canada that sell with no sauce is that the Basilico was actualy very good, as for the pizza, the veggie side i really liked but the phily side bof! And it came with 2 small cups of differents sauce witch i never seen that in my country. As for the man that took care of my order, he was very nice, professionel and kind, sadly i do not know his name, wish i did so i could writr his name because too often pepol bash bad worker but very few praise good worker and he was 1 of the nicest united-statien that i have meet. So i strongly recomment pepol to order there and honestly if i was living neart there for sure i would have order more often. To all the reader i wish you a good day & une belle vie!“

Instead of giving me a sweet tea she told me i needed drive back around and order another sweet tea in the back of the line for a mistake that she made. What kind of mess is that??? she was a short skinny black lady with glasses and a wig. I want my tea.“

I just wanted to share the great vibes I experienced at this location. You don’t normally expect such warmth and enthusiasm at a fast food chain, but from the moment I walked in, I was greeted with a big smile and positive energy from the lady at the register.

She was friendly, playful, and genuinely excited to help us. She offered great suggestions, helped us decide what to order, and kept checking in to make sure we and the other customers were doing well. The rest of the crew was also incredibly kind and welcoming, making the whole experience stand out.

The place was clean, organized, and well-maintained — but what really made it special was the people. I’ve been to several Five Guys locations, but this one gave me by far the best experience.

I unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but based on my receipt, I believe it might have been Hajar T. — and I just want to thank her for her kindness. I was having a tough day, and her genuine care truly lifted my spirits. She made a difference!

Highly recommend this location if you’re looking for great food and great people.“

“Don’t usually review big chains but this spot deserves it. The lady running kitchen and the guy running the register (&working kitchen, too) were great. They’re extremely efficient, very communicative to eachother, talkative with guests. Made my patty & salad bowl perfectly.

“I go once a week for dinner. I usually get steak tacos and my husband gets the steak quesadilla, everything is always very fresh and so delicious. Today on my off day, I decided to try the huevos & chorizo and it’s everything I wanted it to be and more! SO GOOD. This taco truck is my favorite around & I will always support them.“

“First, let me say I really like Hugh-Baby’s the have the best burgers. However, my experience at the Main St was very unpleasant. I stood at the window waiting while the worker did other things. I thought maybe someone else was going to come and take my order because she saw me standing there. She eventually came to the window and took my order, I was surprised that she was the one covering the order since she just watched me stand at the order window. When she gave me my milkshake, it had food crumbs and seasoning all around the cup. I had to give it back to her and asked her to wipe off the cup. Once my food was ready, She gave me my bag. I looked inside and said can I have some ketchup? She gave me 2 ketchup packets and closed the window before I could ask her for two more she closed the window. So I knocked on the window and again she continued to do whatever she was doing just seconds after she walked away, not acknowledging me knocking at the window. I knocked three times before she came back to the window, but she looked up and saw me standing there. She was very rude!! This happened August 13 around 4:45 PM just in case someone wants to address it because I didn’t get her name. Life is hard it cost nothing to be kind!“

“So here’s my story… I was headed home from a night at the bars. All I could think about, was Taco Bell. I pulled up in the drive-through and it wasn’t even the AI voice greeting me… It was a real person. I already knew that this was going to be a great visit to my local Taco Bell, I ordered my food. By the way, they didn’t have an item I was looking for, but the lady offered the perfect substitute. I paid. Checked the contents of the bag. Everything was there. With a healthy amount of sauce. As I was making my way home, I couldn’t resist but to grab one of their brand new chicken tenders out of the bag. I reached in the container and pulled out a tender. This tender was very small. My initial thought was that my local Taco Bell didn’t care about me enough to give me a full size chicken tender. I ate the tender, because at the end of the day I was just hungry. I reached in the bag for another tender and found two more (this was a 2pc tender entree). This filled me with joy. I couldn’t believe what I was experiencing. The Taco Bell employees were conscious of the fact that I wasn’t getting what I paid for and made the necessary changes to put a smile on my face. I drove home more delighted than I had been in many moons. Thank you, local Taco Bell.“

“As White Castles go, this one is very good. I love White Castle from time to time, and have never understood why they have closed most of the White Castles, and Krystals burgers in the Nashville area (I group them together, because they are a similar product - small slider hamburgers, with steamed buns). There is a time, and place for them - especially when you're hungry for them. I have to drive about 10 minutes out of the way to get a White Castle anymore, but when I'm hungry for them, it's well worth the drive. I tend to go there if I am going somewhere else close by afterwards. Give this one a shot, it will definitely fill the bill when you're craving White Castles.“

Not sure what happened with this location. It used to be the testing ground for corporate to try new menu items. Now the food quality has deteriorated so much that I probably will not return.“

“On Sunday my daughter and I stopped in for lunch. I ordered the King’s Hawaiian Fish Deluxe Combo. As a fish lover, I am discriminating in what I enjoy; little square “filets” on a bunare usually gross. However, the Arby’s sandwich does not disappoint! Really good fish, served hot with plenty of toppings! Fries were good as always and my daughter enjoyed her Roast Beef n Cheddar and mint shake. “I came in the drive-through at about 9:30 today, I was originally in the left lane but the woman seemed annoyed and was ignoring customers as she was quite busy on her phone, so I switched to the right and had my order taken by a young girl. I think her name was Rayyan but she was so extremely kind and patient. We had quite a big order with a gluten allergy and she made sure to clarify and even called on her headset to let her team members know, she didn't rush us at all and she did it all with a huge smile. Shout out to her for her patience, kindness and such a memorable experience!“
