They were hot and fresh whereas the previous times they were old and cold. Thanks Arby's of Newport, TN for stepping up your A game and ensuring my food was hot and fresh. “I have been to an outrageous amount of Carl's Jr restaurants and this was my first Hardee's. This is the first time I've been able to eat the burger in 5 years because I lived in the Northeast. The perfection of this meal is indescribable, I legitimately have never seen a burger look like the picture in my life until I went here. I cannot stress how amazing the food was. No Carl's Jr that I have ever been to has been able to make a simple superstar the way that this one was. ??? I will probably dream about this burger for the rest of my life. Do yourself a favor and stop by and get one.“

“This place is open for inside dining, drive through or pickup. Very friendly & responds to needs or questions when asked. Food was freshly made & brought to my table when ready. (No hanging around the counter for you to pickup the tray). They cleaned tables & sprayed & wiped down surfaces after customers left. I will go back again.“

“I dont leave reviews often but there is a gentleman who works at this location, I believe his name is Todd. He is a very hard worker. He takes my order almost every time i visit this location. He is very respectful and speaks loud / clearly. Very good vibes. He even gave me $1 one day after i went through the drive through and forgot my wallet. I had only a limited amount of cash on me and was a dollar short. He took a dollar from his own money to finish my payment off. You dont find many people like him now a days. I hope he gets paid well and is appreciated by his team. Thank you!“
