“We’ve eaten in and ordered online here. Eating in the food was always good! Ordering online is usually good too. There’s only been twice where the chicken & salmon was over cooked and tuff, but for the most part it’s been very good! Staff is very nice.“

“If you are looking for an unforgettable dining experience, Edessa Restaurant in Nashville, Tennessee is the place to be. As someone who has traveled almost 80 miles to indulge in the delicious Turkish food, I can attest that Edessa Restaurant is a hidden gem that should not be missed. The restaurant's ambiance is warm and inviting, with friendly staff who welcome you with a smile. The service is prompt, and the food always arrives hot and fresh. The menu is detailed in English, making it easy to understand, and there is no confusion when it comes to choosing what to order. What makes Edessa Restaurant stand out is the presentation of their food, which is nothing short of jaw-dropping. Each dish is beautifully plated, and the flavors are expertly balanced. The cleanliness of the restaurant is also noteworthy, ensuring a comfortable and hygienic dining experience. In my recent visits, our server Hanan was exceptional. Her name in Arabic means "Tenderness with compassion and affection," and she truly lived up to her name by providing prompt and attentive service with a smile. As someone who has tried various types of cuisine from different cultures, I can confidently say that Edessa Restaurant's Turkish food and service are unmatched. I highly recommend anyone looking to try something new and unique to visit Edessa Restaurant in Nashville, TN. I give it 5 stars, and it is undoubtedly the number-one Turkish restaurant around. “We had a great dinner at Abem!! The owners were very kind, and the food was delicious. We got the Abem Special Kifto and the Lamb Tims, plus some spiced tea and baklava. Lots of gluten-free and vegetarian options if that’s what you’re looking for, but we highly recommend for anyone!“
“Well done and great mystery…good humor too!“

“Stopped by on our way through town and it was a nice breakfast. We ordered an everything and a blueberry both with vegan schmear and toppings - the vegan sausage was surprisingly delicious. The sea salt on top of the everything was a nice touch and the blueberry was excellent. The upcharge for non-dairy milk is to be expected but $1 felt a bit much. Good food though and if we're ever in Nashville again we'll probably stop back in. Not giving 5 stars just because environment was a bit strange - the back of house staff seemed to be having a fun time in the kitchen but the front of house seemed cold.“

“How refreshing to find an Indian buffet again that is actually delicious. House of India may very well now be the beat Indian Reataurant in the Nashville area. Friendly staff, appropriately flavorful and spicy dishes (even on the buffet). So many buffets I've been to in recent years are overly sweet and bland. Not this place. If you used to go to Bombay Palace more than a decade ago, this is like that. Same owners in fact. So good.“

“King Market is our favorite Asian food in Nashville! Any time I feel like I need a warm hug in my belly I come here and I get the beef pho. All of their other food is also delicious. We will always share an order or two of the spring rolls, frequently go for the pad thai, pad se ew, paneng, and any of their soups/curries. When we’re feeling extra special we’ll also get an order of the chicken wings, they are to die for. The women who work here are so kind and polite and take their time to get to know you the more you come in. I love bringing people here as well and the most fun is shopping in the market after a delicious meal!“

This is easily top 5 places I have ever eaten! Bonus they accept cards as payment now too! If you enjoy supporting local family owned restaurants head over to back to Cuba for a flavored experience. Beyond reasonably priced!“

“As a Lao American who grew up eating Home cooked Lao food, this place has my heart when it comes to the cooking especially for the Beef salad or cow stomach soup or the Lao combo #2
My only concern/ critique would be, the food is not as flavorful as it should be if the restaurant is really busy but overall this place is a hidden gem for authentic Lao/Thai cuisine in the middle Tennessee area“

“I hesitated to try the Almond Crescent because it looked tiny at first. It was literally the best Almond C I've ever had in town, maybe anywhere. The Almond paste inside was so creamy and fresh. The pastry was flaky and perfect. The downside is I can now say goodbye to ever being skinny. So good.“

“For a Wednesday evening the restaurant was very busy. The service was slow. The bar got two drinks wrong and was very slow. The server was apologetic but very courteous. The food when finally received was excellent. And the pricing was very high. The noise level was unacceptable. So loud you had to strain to hear your guests across the table and had to speak very loudly to be heard.“

“We have been awaiting S&H at the Factory for some time and boy did it not disappoint! We had the Husky Red Light Special pizza…BUT….do not think you don’t need some wings! They were some of the best wings I ever had!! Mafia style!! Of course we had to try the cinnamon rolls…they too were epic! We also had the pleasure to meet Clint one of the owners! What a super guy! He really took time to chat with us, told us a little bit about the S&H story and I can def see why he and his partners/business is so successful! With all that said… I know you’re wanting to check out Slim & Husky’s as soon as possible or as soon as your tummy starts grumbling,Ha!“

“Saw a review of Everest Restaurant and Bar and saw they served Nepali, Indian, and Bhutanese cuisines. I’ve never had Nepali food and looked forward to learning how different it was from Indian foods. My server Sushmita took my drink order, and I wanted to try a Gorkha Beer from Nepal. Sadly, they were out of Gorkha so I went with Taj Mahal beer from India…a very good lager. I wanted to try a variety of different items and informed Sushmita my spice level was mild, so I ordered the following: Chicken Momo JHOL. I’m still not sure if this is a soup or a dumpling stew. The Momo are pretty big, and there were eight of them in this dish. I would rank this “soup” as one of the best soups I’ve ever enjoyed and would order this again and make this my meal! The Lamb Thali is a platter made up of several different dishes which are supposed to create a balanced meal. I cannot remember what Sushmita called each little cup of food or sauce on the tray but the lamb was to be eaten with one, two, or many of the side sauces or garnishments. The lamb was slightly overcooked but wasn’t tough and overall this was still a good dish and an experience in itself. I did figure out the small round ball is the dessert item called Gulab Jamun…OMG it was rich, sweet, and delicious. The place is not much to look at on the inside but it is clean, and while Sushmita and I may have experienced some communication issues, she took great care of me. There are a few more interesting noodle dishes here I would love to try on my next visit.“

“We have been going to the Rutledge for years and loved it; however they have changed their menu significantly. Most of our favorites are gone including the Mahi with coconut rice. We settled for a burger which was OK, but we don't go to the Rutledge for burgers. Really hope the change the menu back or at least add more options. The service was great but we won't go back until they update the menu.“
