“The chicken is good but the prices are ridiculous. I'm also not impressed they removed their cole slaw from the menu. I know it was a few years ago but I'm still not over it. LolAlso, I was informed recently you cannot ask for special requests. I can't eat a lot of salt and I asked for salt-free fries. I was told that was no longer an option. I've never encountered that at any fast restaurant ever so that definitely lowers the customer service rating.“

“Since Panera discontinued the Italian sandwich, I have been ordering the same thing for 10 years: a deli turkey sandwich with only deli turkey, fresh mozzarella, and mayo. However, they recently discontinued that sandwich too. I asked if they could ring it up as a turkey bravo or the new Italian and substitute ciabatta for the tomato bread. Despite my specific instructions, 5 times might I add checking to make sure he got it correctly. they gave me a regular bacon turkey bravo with tomato bread, which made me very mad. I also did not receive the chips and drink I paid for. And he also did not give me a receipt It's litterly White bread, Turkey, and you can throw some mayo packets at me I don't even care if it the country white bread I even went in and ask if they could change it they refused because it was dinner time even tho I said I don't mind waiting I already waiting an hour The only item worth buying on their menu anymore is the bagels the reason I cared so much is because I have alergys to certain foods so it wasn't like I could just take it and eat it So, i will not be going back after today“

“Food was so delicious! Just needed bigger portions which was my fault for not asking for more food. But I especially liked how many different options I had for hummus. I really like their hummus. It’s so good!! It’s also kind of expensive here but it tastes good still so it’s fine :)“

“We were pleased to find that the food, drinks, and service of Don Gallo's was as it used to be when it first opened in Hardin Valley. We'd had some rather disappointing drinks and meals on several occasions from 2019 to 2022, so we stopped eating there. Gave it another try for dinner and we were very pleased with everything. “Absolutely love coming here, I'm here about once a week. Decided to leave a review today. Hayden,? I think that's how you pronounce his name was my server. He was awesome he rocked very knowledgeable about the menu. Would definitely ask for him again. Now that I said that I think a host needs to be friendly to everyone if it's your first time are like me somebody that's there on a regular basis. When I was asking her a question before I was seated she act like somebody stole her puppy or peed in her cheerios. I understand everybody's got problems but if you're that sad are miserable maybe you need to work in the back. Until whatever is going on in your life passes. Like I said I've been coming here for a while now once a week sometimes twice a week. Today was the first day I just wanted to turn around and leave. That's a big part of the appeal for their dipper style meals, and it was a negative for myself when I had to start checking my meals at the drive thru to make sure it was there. Why?“

“This location is probably the worst one in town. My egg white grill muffin was completely burnt this morning and my fruit cup was about 1/3 of the way full. Just pitiful and pathetic given the amount of money I spend there. I normally go to the one at West Town (always perfect) but I was running behind and this one is closer to my daycare. Save your money and pick a different location.“
