“We came here for lunch while visiting a local event. The place is cute and we got seated somewhat quick for how packed it was. Our server was very friendly and gave great recommendations on the most popular meals. Our orders came fast and food was definitely delicious and had that home-cooked taste. We'll definitely be back next time we come visit!“

“Upgraded hotel voucher for $1.50 and ordered the Bananas Foster pancakes. Layers of bananas topped with pecans and a caramel sauce. No need for syrup. Added real whipped butter, not margarine. It was delicious! Highly, Highly, recommend. My husband ordered the steak and eggs and really enjoyed it. It was not a thick cut, but flavorful. Enjoy!“

“Food was excellent as well as the customer service. It would have rated a 5 star overall except the bathroom has an odd setup. It was clean and stocked, but was a little odd in the layout and took a minute. The steak and potatoes on the other hand were perfect. Cooked to exactly medium rare, seasoned just right, and the baked potato was just right too. Also, the spinach dip was one of the best I e ever had.“

“The pork rinds are delicious!!! They actually fry them at the stand!!! The BBQ flavored ones were really good!!! Would definitely get them again if I was in the park! They are a great snack to ward off hunger!!! You can’t go wrong with these!!! Would recommend getting the souvenir bucket because it is refillable and that is a cheaper way to go!!! “This is our 4th year coming to Dollywood resorts for our anniversary and we always have our anniversary dinner at the resort property. This year we went to HeartSong again and the restaurant was a positive experience. We actually kept our dinner light. We shared the dill pickle salad which was delicious- I especially liked the fried pickle garnish. We also shared the shrimp and grits flatbread. Definitely different. I was good, but may be a bit unique for some tastes. My husband tried the tomato bisque which was good and I tried the chicken and dumplings soup. Also good. The menu looked great, but we didn't try any of the main dishes this go-around. The service was excellent as we have always experienced at Dollywood properties - Jhonny was a pleasure. Overall a very nice dinner at Ember and Elm.“

It’s important to note that they don’t advertise their vegan corn dogs but when u go up to order and ask for them they do have them. Also, the hours listed on happy cow aren’t accurate for when this place opens.“

“I had the pleasure of dining at your facility with a cousin and his wife on Friday September 5th. We were greeted warmly by the front desk, seated and informed that Ashley would be our server. She arrived at the table welcomed us, introduced herself and ask if we had drink orders. She took them and left to let us survey your diverse menu. When she returned with drinks she asked if we were ready to order. We were and did, she wrote nothing down! She then told us of some of the exciting memorabilia displayed around your facility. Famous guitars of several world-renowned musicians. Ashley returned with our food and accurately placed each dish at the proper place. Again, without having written anything down. Very good at what she does! Shortly, another of your staff visited to introduce herself, Tina Wilson. Again, very friendly and entertaining. Asking us about our stay in Pigeon Forge, where were we from and more about the exciting stuff at your restaurant. During the delightful conversation she learned that I had just celebrated my 75th birthday. As we finished our meals she returned with a surprise gift, a birthday sundae and she sang a very inspiring Happy Birthday for me. My cousin, his wife and I were just in awe of the friendly and totally professional attitude of these two employees, Tina and Ashley. You should be very proud of these two representing your establishment. Oh, I also got a nice card signed by many of your employees. A totally unexpected and enjoyable experience all the way around. Bravo to all.“

“Our experience was awesome! My wife is an ICU Nurse and very sensitive to indoor dining no matter how many precautions are taking by the establishment. I was told the outdoor dining had been closed for the season. After a brief explanation to my wife’s story, Kristin offered to seat us outdoors and offered incredible service. “We went here on Friday night during the horrible traffic jams. We got there at 9:30 pm and even though they were closing at 10pm our waitress Colleen made us feel very welcome. She’s the best waitress“

“This was our first time in pigeon forge. On our last night there we decided to go to pigeon forge island. We ate at Fins Bar and grill. Let me just say it was AWESOME!! We sat at the bar, had a couple of drinks, The Piña Colada was great!! We had the tacos, he got chicken, i got shrimp. They Where absolutely delicious, probably the best shrimp taco I ever had. They had so much flavor and was refreshing. But the best part of all was our bartender Blaire, is was absolutely the best. She made us fell so welcomed and comfortable. An absolutely joy to talk too!! Thank you Blaire for a wonderful first time experience. We will be back. 😊👍💯“
