“Consistently good service and great food! They have a really nice selection of bourbons/whiskies and good bartenders. Bartenders will come to your table and ask questions sometimes to ensure they get it right. It’s not just their smoked meats that are so good either, their sides are terrific! The fried ocra is like my grandmother used to make.”

The dining area here is so relaxing whether it's outside on the patio enjoying the sunshine or inside where it's very warm and welcoming. “Dined here for the first time. Husband and his brother had Scallops. I had the 50oz T-Bone, $150.00 with a great bottle of wine. Very nicely done. This dish came with three sides from the left side of the menu excluding one dish which was explained. Long story short I ordered the $150.00 T-Bone with the three sides being the Brussell sprouts, the potatoes and the oysters. Our server c ame back to say there would be and up charge of $5 for the oysters, maybe $8, now mind you this appetizer WAS included with the offer. When the bill came there was a up charge of $10 for the oysters. So, we went from a $5 upcharge to $10 upcharge. The tip was $75.00 which is not a problem but misinformation is.”

“What a treasure of a coffee cafe The Moon Coffee and Tea House is in Johnson City, towards the east end of downtown. Great atmosphere the moment you walk in, and very welcoming. Sophia was helpful in my coffee choice, and delivered it to my table. There is an extensive coffee and tea menu, as well food items. I tried The Maple Cream Latte, and it was delicious. Parking is a little dicey, but well worth a slight walk. Love this new found coffee spot, and highly recommend it.”

“I haven't been to Carrabba's in a while so had lunch there today. I had the 11.99 trio small plate choosing 1 entree, a salad, and type of soup plus yummy crusty bread with a dipping sauce that they make fresh every day. I can't say enough about the food. Everything was delicious! And generous portions. I couldn't finish it all so the waittress insisted so nicely that she prepare the leftovers for me to take home. I will definitely be go back there again. Great experience!”

“I have never had a rude person. I have been going there about a year. The food is always good. Today I tried to go into the restaurant but my hip would not allow me to step up onto the entrance. So they brought my food out to me. The staff are very polite. It is a pleasure to go to J’s Corner. And I like that they close on Sunday now.”

“What an awesome place to grab a bite! There was literally something for everyone! I came with a group that had someone with celiac and a couple other folks were vegetarian. It’s not often we can go anywhere that everyone has plenty of options to choose from! The food portions were massive and super super good! My one tiny complaint is that it takes quite a long time to be prepared, and we were on a time crunch so we had to pack up our food and take it with us pretty soon after it arrived. But as long as you don’t have any time restraints, then this place is a 10! Affordable, delicious, and has lots of choices. I’ll def be back next time I’m in the area.”

“Ate here yesterday for the first time. Small restaurant with about 6 tables. We got there just before their lunch rush hour. The service was great and our food was outstanding. Large portions so we had great leftovers for our dinner. I ordered the Nam Khao Tod and my husband ordered the lemon chicken. We would definitely go back. They have a lot of takeout orders so they are very busy 12:00-1:30. Parking is easy in and out.”

The service was spectacular and I wish I could remember their names. We are first time customers and drove an HOUR to get here from Mountain City. WORTH. IT.”

“Let me just say, thank you to the girl working today she made my burger correctly with special instructions over the phone. Pleasant experiences every time I go to Vegan Town. Love the vegan quesadilla, waffles, today I got the Big Daddy burger and fries both were hot and fresh! I also enjoyed the Açaí smoothie as well. So very good with nutritional ingredients to live a vegetarian lifestyle!”

“This is my new love. We drive a hour to come here and each time never disappoints. The owner is super friendly, makes you feel very welcoming. They recommend a few items on the menu and I have to say each piece was a taste of paradise. Foodie Lovers Dream! Authentic is the key but even the atmosphere has a very cool vibe. Highly recommend! Ps: try the carrot based soup with the best arepas hands down. Thank you for bringing the culture to East Tennessee. Next time I’ll update this post with some pictures.”

“I will first say it was the most we’ve ever spent on pizza. They are small for the price. That being said, it was the best pizza we’ve had in a long time. We had 3 adult size people, we got 3 pizzas and garlic bread. The teenager and husband ate an entire pizza each on their own. Very delicious, will definitely be back. The teenager ate the most of the garlic bread. Hardly any leftovers. Everyone needs to try this place at least once. Delicious”
