“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“Sort of a hole in the wall spot, really good fried chicken, reasonably priced and they have good deals. The Nashville Hot wings were sweeter than I expected? But the flavor was still really good and the mild tenders were good as well. Glad to have tried them. Limited parking and seating inside. Will definitely be trying the other flavors as well“

“We received good customer service. The food came out fresh and hoooottt, so you can’t say the food is cold at all. Now what I will tell you if you like “fire hot” order Hellahot. Mild was too hot for me and it had my husband sweating on the fore head. This is the Scarritt location. Come see them, you won’t regret it.“

“We’re hosting some friends from Spain, and we wanted to introduce them to Nashville hot chicken before they traveled home. Due to some mixups on timing, arrived about 30 minutes before closing. Although they were setting up to close, they gladly accepted our party of 9 people. We ordered a variety of dishes from the menu, including chicken tenders, chicken breast & thigh, catfish sandwich, and the hot chicken bowl. While most of us got mild, a few got adventurous and ordered medium or hot. The staff even gave us a side of the hottest sauce for our guests to try. They have bottled beers and a few on tap as well. We weren’t sure what we wanted, so they let us have a taste to find the right one. All of the food was delicious, and the portion sizes were quite large. We had some leftovers for lunch the next day. Admittedly, we stayed well past their 9pm closing time, but the staff never tried to rush us out or make us feel unwelcome. Our only regret was waiting too long to order one of their ice cream bars for dessert — they had already closed out the register. We’ll definitely be back. Thank you for making their Nashville hot chicken experience so awesome! And I’m glad that there’s a tasty hot chicken spot near us so we don’t have to drive into Nashville.“

“My fiance and I have been talking about this place for years now on our way home to STL area I got the pleasure of trying this deliciousness!!! Run y'all don't walk!!! Was some of the best chicken I've ever had.... like top three in my 36 years and my family is from Kentucky! Don't sleep on this place. please come to STL ❤️“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

“I ordered a side of fries and a single whole. Chicken wing. These sweet men put a chicken tender in with my meal! I’m struggling financially, get out of work late, and I’m really hungry when I reach the time to have dinner. I really thank them for their empathy and knowing that what I ordered was so minimal that I would still be hungry. My meal was PRRFECT, Thanking these guys for making sure I had a FULL bellly tonight. And it was ALL delicious!!“

“I ordered an original sandwich without butter, add mayo.. and I got a completely plain sandwich. The chicken was fire but the bun was meh. The fries got cold within 5 minutes so they were not as fresh as the chicken. The service was excellent however. Absolutely awesome staff here.“

“This is my 2nd time coming to this location! The service and staff are phenomenal!! Everyone was so nice and attentive. The food was amazing, the chicken tasted fresh!! Everything was full of flavor. I live 4 hours away and wish they had one closer to home.“

“I've been frequenting this place for 10 plus years. I've never had a bad experience! The chicken tenders are always fresh and hot. The only one thing I will say I wish they would bring back is the ice cream machine. I mean who in the hell thought that was a good idea??? Get it together Tommy😂😂😂😂“

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“If I could give more than 5 stars I would. This place is the best. Not only is the food freakin amazing, the staff is SO NICE. Everyone goes out of their way and they always make sure we’re happy and taken care of. Love the new chicken melts too and the rewards program we purchased in December!! Classic carol is my favorite but fancy Nancy and Olivia’s old south are also amazing but really everything is.“

“The food as usual was delicious. Strangely enough, there is no inside eating area or ordering area. Perhaps this is the future for Chick-fil-A, hopefully not but who knows. The outside temperature was 92 degrees, so of course that could/did force you into your vehicle. Bottom line, it would have been nice to eat lunch in the air conditioning.“
“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“We ordered from the 1027 8th Ave location last night and the food was awesome. Ordered 4 16 pc meals, half extra crispy, half original recipe, with mashed potatoes, Mac and cheese, corn, Cole slaw, and biscuits. My team was in heaven. The chicken was delicious and juicy, just perfect. And the biscuits? Nice and flaky. The sides? Well, they never disappoint. This was a good size order, but the8th Ave team did an exceptional job, and I want to say “Thank You.”“
