“I was in the Nashville location on 1/28 during my visit to the area. It was packed but everything moved quickly, efficiently and the staff was so very friendly to everyone. That didn’t stop just at the start but all throughout our time there. The lady helping us (her name was Isis, I believe) even followed back up with us on something. Her and the manager went above and beyond to take care of us on something we didn’t even ask them to. Btw, nothing happened, they were just out of something, it came back in and they took care of us. A measure most would not do but she found us and made sure to take care. Now THAT is friendly customer service! The food is so amazing, y’all. This is going to be my new joint for every single visit to Nashville from now on. Hot dayum!!“

“I have been looking for a halal fried chicken place in Nashville for so long. I spoke to the guy up front and confirmed it was zabiha halal.
The service was very friendly and kitchen was impeccably clean. They also use a pressure fryer which is awesome.
I got the nashville hot 2 pc and a nashville hot sandwich. The seasoning was amazing and it was coated very well. The crisp on the chicken was perfect and the meat was tender. The whole place seems to be run by a one man army which is impressive since I did not have to wait too long and everything was made to order.
The only thing I would suggest to put this over the top is to brine the chicken so that the seasoning or flavor can penetrate through.

“My food was cooked to order and was so fresh! Great taste! Plus, I was overwhelmed by the number of drink choices…they had every kind of soda, juice, tea, water etc.!! Great service, wished me a happy holiday as I was leaving out and made sure I had the condiments I needed. 10/10“

“My fiance and I have been talking about this place for years now on our way home to STL area I got the pleasure of trying this deliciousness!!! Run y'all don't walk!!! Was some of the best chicken I've ever had.... like top three in my 36 years and my family is from Kentucky! Don't sleep on this place. please come to STL ❤️“

“I was very impressed by the taste and quantity of food. Very flavorful and unique but you’re best to get it for takeout or delivery. Much like the neighborhood, the restaurant is kinda dirty and unkept. Sticky tables, dirty windows and floors, handprints, and overall just a gross place to try to enjoy your meal in.“

“I always order the Grilled chicken sandwich combo and typically it's very consistent regardless of which location cooks it. Today's sandwich waste worst I've ever seen. It was greasy and about 3/4 the size it normally is. At first I was a bit frustrated partly because I already had heartburn and I knew it would make it worse but I still gave it a chance. While it looked greasy and charred more than normal it was still tasty. And while I normally eat a larger chicken breast I surprisingly had trouble finishing my sandwich and didn't eat any of my fries I normally only eat about 5 or so and my boys split the rest. Today I ate none. My son and I joked that it was all a part of God's plan, but who knows.... I would still eat here because even at the worst I've seen from chik FIL a it still bests every other fast food chain.“

“I ordered an original sandwich without butter, add mayo.. and I got a completely plain sandwich. The chicken was fire but the bun was meh. The fries got cold within 5 minutes so they were not as fresh as the chicken. The service was excellent however. Absolutely awesome staff here.“

“Was passing through Nashville on a road trip and ordered Nashville hot chicken tenders delivered from here. It was delicious! I’m not an expert on Nashville hot chicken, but I loved the flavor of these tenders! The price was very fair for the combo, and the fries were good. And the tenders are gigantic, so most appetites would be more than satisfied with 3 per person, and 2 per person would be enough for many (and they have an option to add an extra tender to an order if you and someone want to split a combo).
All in all this place is worth trying!“

“My doctor in Nashville recommended it to us for lunch. The food was delicious and I brought home a bowl for my husband. It too was delicious. We ate it the next day. Be sure to check out their potatoe soup.We will have to check out the new one on Murray KY. Can't wait!“

“Finally! The food is back to what it use to be Awesome! I stopped visiting here some time ago because the food had gotten less satisfying but I was driving thru edgewood and decided I haven't had a 3pc tender basket fried dipped in honey bee sauce in a long time. Everything was hot, fries were not burned and hard and the tenders weren't hard. Well done guys !“

“I passed by late at night to get some chicken for my family and me, and the customer service was excellent. The prices are a little higher than at other places, but the same for all Pollo Camperos, and the standard for phenomenal food. Will definitely be passing by to get more food, it makes for a delicious meal(a) depending on how many pieces you get (I got the 20 count meal). Great work!“

“The chicken and biscuits from Raise the Roost inside the 7-Eleven on Newtown Road and Providence are, by far, the worst I've ever had. The chicken was either overcooked and dry, with burnt outsides and —likely due to improper fryer temperatures or incorrect timer settings. The coating was thick and cakey, indicating poor preparation. Even the green beans had no seasoning or taste. I recommend not using salt if you decide to season. To top it off, the bathrooms were in horrible and smelly condition. I would've returned the food if I had time. Thumbs down! I took pictures but you cannot upload“

“The employees were awesome and the food was good. The music was just too loud though. It's tough when you can't even hear yourself think or hear someone on the phone because of the volume of the musc. Great songs!! Just turn it down a notch or two.☺️“
