“Easy to reach location and a nice stop when travelling on the Interstate. Service was the normal, great CFA level service, but they could have used a bit of cleaning on the seats and tables. Parking lot access is good and there is a red light to make it easier to get back out and headed to I-75.“

“I tried the new maple pepper bacon chicken today. It's good, juicy chicken grilled perfectly, bacon on top, slice of cheese and lettuce, sweet cucumber pickle on the nice bun. Nice combination! I noticed that the size is smaller than regular, and pretty pricey, but its worth it . Price for burger only around $9 including tax“

“The staff is SO friendly here. They know some of the regular customers and are very sweet to them. They always have a bright and cheerful smile.
Parking: It gas a wrapped around parking lot
Kid-friendliness: The employees are sweet to the kids. They talk and interact with them in a great way!
Wheelchair accessibility: It is wheelchair accessible. The sidewalk going in is wide but regular sized door upon entrance. Once inside, the booths and tables should be easy to navigate around.“

“My daughter and I just recently moved to Cleveland and we LOVE this Checkers. The food is always fresh and hot and the service is AMAZING. We try and go at least once a week.
Not only do they take great care of us but when we take our black lab out for a ride....they give her a pup cup and she loves her little trip to Checkers just as much as we do

“The other Tacobells i go to don't put very much in my burritos. The last couple times I have came to this location I have noticed the burritos they give me are huge. This location is a little bit further away from my house but as long as y’all keep this up I will happily drive the extra distance. Thankyou guys!“

“HOLY wow i was hungry not really sure what i wanted so i checked menu online and saw they had a pulled pork sandwich, yes i know pork at a chicken place ? IT WAS UNBELIEVABLE the sandwich was well stacked just the right amount of sauce and as usual the lady at the drive thru was as sweet as ever“

“Hardee’s biscuit and gravy is my favorite biscuit and gravy. They make it just right, with the rare exception. The young guy at the window was really friendly and polite. I asked for an extra bag for one of the biscuits and gravy and he actually bagged it for me instead of handing me the extra bag like some people do when I forget to ask first. Thanks Hardee’s!“

“terrible service from employees, this location absolutely need customer service classes. Tilapia wasn't seasoned and then the girl just tells me sorry I was the only person in drive thru . okay I want the Tilapia seasoned or I don't want it. Like that's what I pay for so the people ha e to just settle for whatever they want to give us instead of what we pay for. restaurant are just unbelievable anymore.Rating would be 0“

“My wife and I are headed back to Georgia and we stopped here this morning... it was slammed and I gotta tell you the manager Greg was on point... had the drive thru and front counter flowing so smooth. He's got so much respect from his employees they made a minor mistake and fixed it with no questions asked!!!!! Thank you for a great experience thsi early in the morning!!!!!!“

“I got my breakfast at the drive-thru. I love Hardee's breakfast on the go. Sometimes, I'll try other places, but it's very hard to find a biscuit that compares to Hardee's unless I make myself

“When I'm in town, this is one of my favorite places to get a vegetarian burger. The BK Impossible burger is good, and at this particular BK, the ingredients are usually fresh, and the fries and onion rings hot. Drop by! Say hi! The staff are pretty nice too!!!“

“Hardee’s, known for its hearty breakfast offerings, has a standout item in their Biscuits with Gravy. I get it every single time im craving breakfast. These biscuits are freshly made - so im told. The biscuits are fluffy and delicious, which makes them perfect for that savory gravy. The gravy itself is flavorful, with a balance of spices and creaminess that's (better than momma's gravy). But I didn't say that.“

“The crew that worked on Sunday morning, April 23rd did a fantastic job! We came in with about 25 people between our scouts and leaders. The food came out fast and delicious! Job well done Hardee’s on HWY 411 in Benton!“

“The food is always good. The staff is always friendly. It can take some time to get your food, depending on how many employees are there, but never a crazy long time. The past 3 times we've been the good has come out quickly. It's nice and clean in this location. The employees come out from behind the counter and clean regularly.
Parking: The restaurant has wrapped around parking. There are plenty of parking places!
Kid-friendliness: The employees are always super kind to the kids. They talk to them and interact in a pleasant way. There is no play equipment at this particular location.“

“We had a group of 15, so we called ahead. They were busy with curbside service when we arrived on time, but held the door for us and immediately showed our seats. The pizzas came out immediately! It was a really good deal for the rectangular deep dish.... delish! There was tons of cheese on the cheese pizza. The veggie pizza has plentiful toppings. The pepperoni pizza was as heavenly as I remembered. Sadly, there was no arcade game. We also had paper cups versus the iconic Pizza Hut red cups. I hope the dining room stays open as this will be a recurring stop on our annual trip.“

“Usually this is a great location but just went through the drive thru because all of the lights were on so I assumed they were open (turns out they were) and sat there for 15 to 20 seconds and no one said anything so we pulled around thinking they were closed and of course there were two people standing in the drive thru but apparently it was too close to closing time (15 minutes). Disappointing.“

“Not one clean booth/table, I had to wipe off table and booths before sitting, ordered through the app while at the table; kids milkshake, adult milkshake, medium coke. Waited over 30 minutes-nothing. Went to the counter and waited/waited; looked through the computer to find my order, told to have a seat and they would call my name when ready; total wait over 45 minutes for my dine in order. No apologies. I understand short staffed but that is ridiculous. No refunds on app purchase so no other choice but to wait.

“Starla is very welcoming and has a great personality. Her positive and upbeat attitude makes our visit pleasant each time. Food was good. Like having the option of different flavored sodas. Place has always been clean. Like having a sink option outside of bathroom.“

“Stop doing right after what was obviously a big rush and I had to wait a little bit from the food but all in all it was a great experience food was great customer service was fantastic and like I said I obviously showed I'm at a bad time so that's on me. Great jobs Zaxby's keep up the great work“
