I was in recently on business and made my pilgrimage to Noon (an absolute must if you're in the area). Everything we ordered was fantastic. As we were leaving I noticed a radiant woman speaking to some just-seated patrons. I had a feeling... As we were walking out I asked if she was responsible for the food. Beaming, she said: :yes I made everything. I created the menu. This is my restaurant!". I told her that we enjoyed our meal profoundly and that we never come to Dallas without visiting her restaurant. I can't explain, but this lady had the sweetest smile and essentially a magical energy. I would be in weekly if I lived nearer. For the food of course, but also for the vibes. This woman is special and her gift to the culinary world is a superb experience. She deserves the highest of praises. Don't miss this place!“

For entrees, we all ordered the Chicken Parmigiana. The pasta is great but the start of the show is the huge chicken parmigiana. I ate all of mine but there is definitely enough to take some home. From the charming ambiance to the flawless service, every detail made the evening unforgettable. We started with their famous Marshmallow Soup — a creamy tomato and carrot bisque with tangy goat cheese “marshmallows.” Truly unique and so comforting. For entrées, we shared the Southwest Chicken Soufflé and the Mac & Cheese Soufflé. Both were divine — airy yet rich, perfectly seasoned, and beautifully presented. I finished with the Blueberry Soufflé, which was bursting with flavor and beautifully airy. My husband had the Crème Brûlée, with its perfectly crisp top and creamy custard — classic and flawless. “We celebrated my husband's 50th birthday at Terilli's on Saturday night. We had a party of six, and the team worked very hard to get us in. To say that we had one of the best dining and culinary experiences of our lives is an understatement! We tried Chef Chad's special of the evening - crispy halibut with zucchini noodles in a Calabrian chili and caper beurre blanc. It included sautéed spinach, sundried tomatoes and pine nuts. WOW! All of us who tried it agree that it was the best seafood dish we've ever had! Additionally, my sister-in-law has a lot of seafood allergies and Chef Chad and our server, Luis, were so patient and wonderfully accommodating. In addition to the wonderful food, the service was absolutely superb. Luis gave us a 5-star experience at a level that I would only expect to receive from a Michelin-starred restaurant. He's THAT good. We lacked for nothing and he anticipated everything! We will be back and very soon. I highly recommend for a special occasion or just a fun night out for any size group. “It was wonderful to dine at the Zodiac in the Iconic Neiman Marcus flagship store. We enjoyed a lovely luncheon. This flagship store will be closing after the Holidays, and we will return again before the store officially closes. The service is impeccable. Victor is OUTSTANDING and has been with Neiman Marcus for over 20 plus years. The iconic popovers and strawberry butter and chicken broth in a demitasse cup make it a special experience. You can dine in other Neiman Marcus locations across the country, but none will ever be what the Zodiac room is on the 6th floor in this historic Dallas store.“

The design sets a new standard for a dining experience, harmoniously blending the rustic allure of a Texas smokehouse with the dynamic spirit of an Asian restaurant. This unique fusion creates an atmosphere that’s both comforting and exciting. The deliberate use of wood tables, communal bench seating, and abundant indoor and outdoor spaces encourages a relaxed and engaging environment where guests feel right at home.

The staff was friendly and extremely knowledgeable about the menu items and the pairings with drinks.

Parking wasn't too bad, I was able to find parking the free parking lot which there were quite a few spots available.

Drinks... I ordered the slushee flight (Trying Any 3 Boozy Slushes). I chose the Mango Sake Slushee, Spicy Watermelon Margarita, and Killer Colada.

Food... For an Appetizer, I chose the Chicken Karaage and for main course I selected the Smoked Beef Brisket paired with the Charred Broccoli.

Dinner Summary... The Boozy Slushees were a great refreshing start to the dining experience here at Loro. The Chicken Karaage was a bit crispier than I would have liked, but the dish was seasoned well and the Chili Aioli was the perfect sauce to add to the crispy chicken. The smoked beef brisket was INCREDIBLE. The thickness of the cut was on the thinner side, but easy to cut and I couldnt get enough of the chili gastrique with the brisket it was *chefs kiss* awesome. But I must say the best part of the meal was the charred broccoli. The broccoli was cooked perfectly with crispy char on each piece and the spicy ponzu, chili crunch, and lemon zest make it an absolute stand out.

Overall, it was an absolutely delicious and unique dining experience. I will be back soon to try more options on the menu.

We got a mixture of 5 specialty rolls. The Burning your stomach and the Threesome Special were two of my favorites. We also got the Franky & Boom Boom Nipple Roll both delicious. Literally every one of the rolls were heavenly! I didn’t realize how big the rolls were though! The Japanese egg roll wonderful as well!!“

“4/19/25. The general manager, Ish, is a treasure! I have never seen a manager more engaged with the customers and his staff. He seated us and took our drink order and stopped by several times to check on us. You could tell how much he is loved by all the customers greeting him with hugs. He is always impeccably dressed and his signature hair is fabulous. We were seated by the bar and I’ve never seen a more efficient group behind the bar. The bartender was making multiple drinks from the extensive drink menu with ease. His bar back was on top of it as well. We only wish we were closer (we’re north of Denton) to go more often instead of just when the Dallas Stars are playing.“

The coffee, while just black, was amazing in flavor. To my surprise they offer free ice water in both still and sparkling and copper cups to boot! “Mercat Bistro is just about my favorite dining experience for after-church brunch on Sunday. It truly reminds my husband and I of enjoying a fine restaurant in Paris. Our favorite menu item is the French Dip -- best I've ever had -- and the appetizer of ricotta cheese and honey. The service is excellent, the atmosphere in the main restaurant is so beautifully Parisian and elegant, and the food is amazing.
