“Woe is me, I came here to try their Tsukemen which is super rare in the U.S., but they told me the only serve it in the summer ?.That said, WOW, this is easily the best ramen I've had in DFW, and is just as good as the ramen in Japan, this place is no slouch.I had the spicy miso ramen and it has so many wonderful flavors, large chashu chunks, and a good amount of wavy noodles. My only complaint here is the prices, I ordered an egg, nori, kaedama, and a beer, and it was nearly $50. I know ramen in the U.S. is generally more expensive but even this was some real sticker shock. Add that on top of your Deep Ellum parking / ride share costs and you're forking out steak level money for ramen. That said, the ramen quality is top notch and you need to eat here at least once.“

“Came on Saturday afternoon around 2pm wasn't too busy, there's a crowd inside but no wait/line to get a table. Service is friendly, the servers are happy to give recommendations on popular items and tell you what their faves are. We got karaage for starters;comes with 5 decent-sized pieces, crispy chicken with small chunks of watermelon on the side and some sort of curry sauce. For the main, we got tonkotsu with chili oil on the side so we can temper how spicy we want it. The broth is delicious, hits the spot on a cold rainy day, and unlike other ramen places we've tried around the DFW area, this broth didn't bloat us. Noodles seem freshly made and the chashu is super tender, practically melts in your mouth and has a slight sweet-glaze flavor. Definitely recommend getting extra chashu with your ramen. The portion is just right, you feel good after you finish your bowl, rather than bloated.Vegetarian options: Customizable dishes to vegetarian diets“

“Very delicious. We got thai milk tea with boba, kids dry ramen with chicken, bao buns, bibimbap, kstyle combo to include kpop soup, fried mandu, and drink. We got spicy level 2 for both the kpop soup and bibimbap. The spicy has a kick but is also so flavorful. We really enjoyed the food but also the cute atmosphere. They also have a person you can order with or a kiosk if you prefer. The kiosk is very easy to use. They will bring the food to your table whenever it is ready, or call your name if it is to go order.“

“This is a little hidden gem in Dallas with some of the most delicious all-you-can-eat sushi I ever had! The menu is extensive with so many varied and unique rolls to try. The servers are very nice, attentive and helpful. The chefs are fast and professional. I will definitely come back. If you like to eat a LOT like I do the $45 for AYCE is WELL worth it.ETA: been here twice in the past 2 months and it is one of my favorite AYCE places in Dallas!“

“I got the Impossible Bun to start and the Spicy Creamy Vegan Ramen. Both were DELICIOUS!! So flavorful. My husband is a picky eater who's so-so about ramen and even he was impressed with the spicy creamy (with the chili oil on the side as he is less heat tolerant). Jinya also has a nice ambience and good service. My only note is that I wish their staff were more knowledgeable about the vegan options, or that "vegan" was on the key. Their special starter was caramelized cauliflower, which sounded amazing, and when I asked the waiter said it was vegan so I ordered it-but then she came back and said it wasn't, only vegetarian, but she couldn't say what made it not vegan. It's strange that a place that goes so far as to have vegan mayo apparently doesn't have any vegan vegetable options. But-a small complaint when what they do have is SO good!“

“I came for lunch and I came safely say, This location is a vibe that’s consistent across the board. I liked the darker decor. Made me feel like I was at a bar, which it is. Even our server matched the vibe. Very chill yet still helpful. The menu had a decent selection, not as expansive as I would have liked but still plenty of options. They do have non pork options, but they are very limited. I appreciated the flavor of my ramen and how colorful and beautiful the dish looked. Very appetizing bowls of ramen with a good balance of ingredients. The noodles were tasty.I did yearn for more kick in the flavor department. It wasn’t bland, very savory, but nothing really stood out. Both of our eggs were cooked exactly the same. Slightly runnier in the inside than I prefer but still tasty. The amount of food was adequate but probably on the average side.Would I recommend this place to hardcore ramen lovers, probably not, but for the average person, heck yes. Nice touch with the vegan veggie menu also. I did not get that traditional ramen bar vibe, more of an Americanized hip ramen bar that promotes socializing without actually promoting it.Vegetarian options: There is a specific section on their menu“

“Everything you want in a Ramen restaurant. And yes Duck is the way to go! You can tell by my pictures that the duck is grilled nicely and tender as a high quality steak. The best part about my meal was the service. As I was reading the reviews on the dish I noticed that people didn’t like the broth so much and so much spoke with our server to see if she could modify it and she had no problem doing so. I asked for a more hardy chicken broth with a spiced up kick and she knew exactly what I was asking for. This is you Wagamama hack! Customize your broth with the waiter and you won’t be disappointed. My duck was amazing! The broth was on point and had so much flavor. I also ordered the chicken gyoza and the soy sauce is what made that appetizer. My friends did the same thing I did with customized ramen broth and they loved it. Sad to say I was only in town for a day but if I was staying longer I would have come back multiple times. The customer service alone was great and the fact that they were willing to customize the broth without a charge or complaint is something you don’t see any more in customer service. So if you made it this far in my review, stop reading and order the duck already and customize your broth! Enjoy.“

“TEN Ramin lives up to the hype! Two large orders for 31 people and they were fast! Limited parking and a bit hard to find. No seating but stand at counter only.Good food with urban fusion vibes! If not used to opening Asian drinks, there are YouTube videos (lol).Staff was BUSY and constant flow of customers. Tiny, tiny place - standing room only - but, so worth it!“

“Server was very clearly new, or very inexperienced. No plates, no silverware, pretty bad service overall, had to ask or constantly remind them for basic things. The food was delicious though, the crab rangoons were amazing! I also got the cherry blossom sushi rolls and they were delicious.“

“I'm not a hater so I'm not gonna post a bad review I can tell it's fairly new. I came in for lunch and they had one server and I can tell the owners of the place were in handling some business they were nice. I ordered takoyaki it was decent. I didn't go for the ramen it was lunch time and I didn't want to be waking around all full and tired so I went for the Japanese fried rice choice of chicken beef and shrimp or combination. I asked if I can do a pork belly instead of the other choices, without hesitation she said NO. I was a bit taken back because what ramen place doesn't have a traditional pork belly bowl, you serve pork belly with the ramen. Anyways that's my only complain because I sat at the bar by the kitchen and I heard one of them customizing an order. If it was extra I wouldn't care that's how most ramen place operate. Other than that food was good and like I said place looked new for the owners to be putting in work. In due time hope more is added to the menu.“

“I came because of the raving reviews from Yelp and Google, and I was not disappointed one bit! I ordered at their self-serve kiosk, and my order was ready very quickly. The workers are lovely, they thanked everyone who dined with them and had a pleasant, family oriented- welcoming vibe overall. The food was amazing, well flavored & I really appreciated how they give you options on spice levels. I loved everything about the experience. I think we just found our new ramen place for when we're in the area!“
