“The cashier today Emily and the manager was the best service I’ve ever had at a little Caesars. I’m very thankful for them Christmas Eve. I got a couple of stuffed crust pepperoni pizzas and they were maybe 30 minutes until closing. Very thankful for them.“

“The staffs nice, the foods well priced, and it's always "hot and ready ?". Using the pick up portal is super convenient if you wanna be in and out quickly with your food. Tried the "Crazy puffs" and it was absolutely delicious! The same goes for their stuff crust pizza too! Can't beat Little Caesar prices!“
“They're food is consistently good. The service is mid unfortunately. Ran by children and I constantly see them fooling around in the back. I don't normally care but when it's obvious that it's delaying me from getting my food and leaving and it's because they're making balloons out of gloves.“

“Twice in 6 weeks time, on 2 of my visits they got my order wrong. On 2 pizzas I ordered pretzel crust and e got regular crust. Unfortunately my wife picked up the order. But the order should still have been correct when it's printed out on an order sheet. I guess I have to start going to Domino's“

“I used to not get little Caesars pizza because it just didn’t seem like it was ever made right but the last few times I’ve gotten it from this store It’s actually been really good. They’re not overcooked. They’re not undercooked. They’re pretty much cooked just right and all the ingredients are fresh, these days they’re much better and I’m so glad because I really love little Caesars pizza. “Pizza was great and the bread was too but never have enough bread cooked so I had to wait 15 minutes for bread to be cooked which is ok but when bread was done I had to wait another 10 minutes for the guy to come back to the counter.. not good at all !!!! And drive thru window was closed ...
Parking: Up from of the store parking is crazy not enough.. but plenty of parking on the side and back of the store but you have to walk a little farther.“
“This LC is good spot. The only thing that bothers me is that I have to always ask the drive thru person if I can have a fresh straight out the oven pizza. No one likes paying their hard earned money for cold pizza even though it’s good too, but I want my immediate money’s worth.

“I cannot say enough good things about this store. Every time I pick up a pizza from here it is delicious. (Cannot say that about the one by my house- it gross) however every single time I’ve been treated quickly and with respect and kindness. The staff is excellent. Shout out to the lady that I usually see- she calls me baby and she is helpful and just brings a little joy to my day! The young man that helped me today was also great and polite. Again, the pizza is on point (thin crust pepperoni ) and my order has been in my hands every time within 10 minutes. Thanks for tje great service, positive vibes and hot fresh and delicious pizza!“
“I always have different experiences when coming into this store. Sometimes people are right there to serve, other times you have to stand there and wait a while to get served at all. And the same goes for the food. Some days the food is cooked to perfection, even the crazy bread is beautifully coated with the Parmesan and buttery oil, but of course on its bad days the pizza isn't cooked or is over cooked, and the crazy bread will be so uncooked that it breaks apart in the bag and you have to pull all of them out and reheat them in your own oven.
So, I hope that the day you go you get the good service day!!“

“I came in when it was super busy i mean, at least 7 orders ahead of me and it was the fastest service id ever seen considering only one young man by the name of Jason was on registered duty, nevertheless he was super calm and productive and attentive to all the customers including my self props to that kid i would of gone crazy tryna be cool calm and collected as he was!“

“I accidentally added a topping to my online order that I didn’t even eat. Once arriving to the store I noticed and went to them immediately.
I’m not sure if she’s the manager but she remade my order without fuss or issue. Even though the mistake was 100% on ME! To say I appreciated that was an understatement. The pizza was hot and fresh! I didn’t even make it back home before eating half the box lol. I enjoyed it, for the price the quality is better than what you expect.“

“Pretty cool location has a drive thru window which is pretty convenient and they dont really take long. The area may not be very appealing to one who's just passing by but the service is always pretty good, most employees there try to always make the best of it and have a good attitude towards customers so I like it for that. The food is as any other location but I will kote ive never had an undercooked pizza or a hot soda at that location along with a decent pace at the drive thru and its a legit spot to grab a quick hot-n-ready.“

“Good convenience place not too far ...right on the parking lots of fiesta... across the street of 24-hour gym easy to get to. Also they get you the pizza pretty fast at least that was my experience... I'm not saying that they're the fastest but for me they took care of me really fast when I came there so I'm happy five stars

“There was a wait but they were working as quickly as they could. They seemed understaffed, and it was busy. I still got in and out in half an hour, and the cashier was doing a great job. “I realize pandemic comes with restrictions but businesses should be consistent. Went to place order last nite & had to wait outside coz I knew they only allow 4 people in to place orders. There were almost 2x as many in there, tho.I went outside to wait; didn't hv to be told. Went back in when I felt order would soon be ready. There wz nobody else in there, to order OR to pick up order. Wz told nobody wz allowed to wait inside.Went back inside when I felt I'd waited additional 5 min. that I'd been told to wait. Resentment got best of me; tho I've become accustomed to checking to make sure order filled correctly before walking out, didn't check 'til I wz outside & found order had been taken incorrectly. Got stuffed-crust 3 meat treat instead of stuffed-crust 3 meat with mushrooms; 2d time they've filled order incorrectly, with one big difference: 1st time, it wz rung up correctly, so they made pizza as ordered & comped time waiting by giving me pizza they'd made erroneously.Next time I order there, will hv order written down for them to copy for ringing up & check before walking out of store.“
“We were in the area and decided to get some hot wings and garlic butter bread sticks here. This is the second time we ordered food from here after several years as this place is out of our way. Foods were good. Employee was polite and friendly. We ordered on the app and picked up in store. There was a short delay in pickup time due to peak hour so that was not really an issue. Overall, we have no complaints and will return if we are in the area again.“
“Their supposed manager Hector and his clerk have very bad service there, after an hour in the line of cars everyone waiting, many left and I was left to wait, they opened the window for me in a very bad mood and asking me What??? As I wanted, finally my husband and I got into an argument with the boy because my pizzas were cold and one of them had nothing to do with what we had ordered, on two occasions they closed the window in my face, when they I asked for a refund…terrible service from that place, my night ended up ruined by their mistreatment“

“You can't use a rude to the customers The man just hopped on the phone like 30 minutes two cashiers got into it with one customer into a argument because it was taking too long to get the pizza ready The hiding ready pizzas you have to wait about an hour to get so the customer start complaining and the cashiers so cussing them out“
“I went to this place for Delivery, the service was not 100% fast but come on... it was Halloween yesterday when I went. In any case, the worker kept me informed and as soon as my order was ready, she told me and that was it. I'm going to give it 5 stars, they are situations of major cause that will not influence my experience.“
“I honestly don’t understand the bad or 1-star reviews for this Little Caesars on Chimney Rock Rd in Houston. Every time I visit, the service is impressive. Even when they’re extremely busy, they manage a quick turnaround. They have plenty of workers, most of whom are very friendly and clearly doing a great job.
When I walked in to place my order, the lobby was packed with high school kids and Uber drivers, and I thought I’d be waiting at least 20–30 minutes. Instead, both of my orders were ready in under 10 minutes! They followed my instructions perfectly, and everything was correct.
Overall, this location is fast, efficient, and well-run — definitely deserving of better reviews.“
“Pulled up to Little Caesars right around 11 PM, honestly thinking I was too late. But the team there didn’t just take care of me—they went above and beyond. I grabbed the Fantastic Four Deal Combo (solid choice, by the way), and not only was everything hot and ready, but they even made sure to give me the pizza box design I liked.
It might be a simple gesture, but that kind of customer service—especially right before closing—makes all the difference. Shoutout to the crew for the positive attitude and for taking care of a hungry late-nighter. Y’all rock!“
“The new location is much better. The service I received was excellent, with only two guys working nonstop. Let's give them a break for just two people, still a great job, unlike some location's (Beechnut/beltway8) with 6 people who can't get the job done in a timely manner; wrong orders, dropping pizza, giving orders to other customs...and then some!“
