“My youngest son and I go there regularly. I try different Tacos every time and have liked every one I have tried. I always get some queso and normally the Taco of the Month and have not been disappointed!“

“Shout out to Taco Casa Abilene on Buffalo Gap Road. We went and ate lunch and everything was great. I’m picky and like a bean burrito with not a ton of beans and the kitchen showed me the burrito before rolling it to see if that was how I wanted it. Then a man that worked there I guess noticed I didn’t finish my food and brought me a sack to take it home with me so it was easier to carry since I had a baby with me, he did this without me saying a word about needing one just thinking he’d make things easier on me to carry. So thoughtful. The place was super clean and the environment was great unlike anything I’ve seen elsewhere. They take pride in what they’re putting out and you don’t see that much nowadays especially in fast food.“

“Our Waitress Shareesa (sounded like Teresa but with a SH sound) was outstanding. As she was taking our order she was already thinking about our options that we weren't aware of. We ordered two orders of chicken tacos because that's why we were there. She asked if we wanted some of them beef because it wasn't actually listed. So we said yes, we got our gueso quickly, we got our food equally quickly, and my wife and I had talked about a dessert that we were hoping to try at a different restaurant to each other when ordering and later she let us know the kitchen was closing because it was close to the end of the business hours when were done. When she let us know she asked if we wanted dessert then described the exact dish we had been mid conversation about. It was SSSSOOO GOOD. It was called the Sally. She stayed on top of keeping our drinks more than half full, always smiled, and just made the whole experience fantastic despite being 30min to close. Which we didn't realize until we were sat down because we were next door at the mall when we decided to eat there. If I can pick her as our waitress every time I will!“

“I think the servers name was Kayshawn We’ve been dining here for over 10 years. He has got to be the absolute best server we’ve ever had. Along with training a newbie , he was polite to her while training and still doing his thing. He’s management material without a doubt.“

“I have been coming here for over 15 years, and it to this day is my favorite restaurant in Abilene! Jodie has made my burrito the last several times and these have been the best burritos I have ever had from Sharkys! Definitely recommend and see if you can get Jodie she is always a delight!“
