“I normally don’t eat gumbo, but their’s is amazing. It’s very flavorful! It was plenty of meat. I also had fish, shrimp, and rat toes. The rat toes are always spicy. The drink I ordered was a Blue Mofo, and was strawberry flavored. 10 out of 10 for everything! Our server was AC. He was top notch! He was attentive and friendly.“

“The interior large, bright and open. The staff were very nice and attentive. I had the Mahi Mango Tango. My husband had the Cajun Combo. The food was on point. very delicious. Their drinks are pretty strong and cheaper than most places. Definitely worth going to for sure.“

“Visited The Catch today and loved every bite! My food was hot, fresh, and super flavorful. I ordered a plate that came with catfish, bang bang shrimp, and etoufee, and my husband ordered a shrimp po boy. I also ordered a cup of gumbo side. Everything was cooked to perfection. Can’t wait to return soon and bring friends. We also tried the free frozen Hurricane and it was okay. I prefer drinks on the rocks, but my husband enjoyed it. Great food and service!“

“We found The Kickin’ Crab in Carrollton right before moving around the corner, and honestly, it was a great find. The food was amazing and the combos were priced really well. We ordered 3 pounds of headless shrimp with corn and potatoes. We had to substitute the sausage since we keep it halal, and they were cool about it.

The garlic noodles were really good—definitely full of flavor—but to be honest, $15 just for noodles felt a bit much. We also got an order of fries (they use the thinner kind), and a catfish basket which was solid too.

It was a little loud inside, but the service was fast and really friendly. Overall, it was a great experience, especially for a big family. We went with medium spice and it was just right—not too much, not too little.

“One of the best seafood restaurants in the country. Whenever I am in town I always stop by this restaurant. And we usually order fried calamari and crab spinach dip for starters. Now main dish of choice depends of what we’re craving. Their lobster bisque remind me of home. They have huge portions (everything bigger in TEXAS) and great variety of seafood meals to pig out on. I did not feel like leaving any tips but then I thought, maybe he had a bad day. So I left 18% tips. I hope he gets the message and improve his attitude. I am not going back to this location.“

I am glad that they are following CDC Guidelines for Covid-19 very strictly.Employees are told to track their body temperature & maintain personal hygiene throughout the shift. “I love the seafood it’s very good but the place really needs some TLC. The customer service and overall atmosphere have gone downhill. The long wait times were frustrating, and I noticed multiple customers leaving. There was no music, which made the space feel dull. Adding music could really bring some character back to the place & more communication from the servers to the customers. would hate for this place to close down due to lack of customer service & returning customers no longer coming back ,some cleaning would be nice same stains on walls and floors from the previous time I visited two months ago“

“I normally don't give reviews to my customers but wow!!! I was under Carl's kitchen working on a broke part and all I/we could smell was greatness!!! When we finished Carl offered us some barbecue sandwiches and my lord I swear it was the best barbecue we had, maybe ever. Carl's kitchen has it going on. First thank you for your service, second Thank you for your food and third Thanks for hospitality. You just don't meet ppl anymore that has good qualities but Carl does!!! Keep on keeping on.

It is small on the inside and can get loud. The boil was garlic heavy, but the shrimp and crab legs were fresh and sizeable.“

We ended up purchasing a plate of chicken and fried rice for under $10. We shared the plate, which was plenty for us as an early lunch.
