“My wife and I chose to celebrate Galentines Day at Eddie V's. We have been to all of the 5-Star Steak houses in DFW and had learned from a friend this was the place for the best steak. We were not disappointed. Our Filet's were exceptional and and cooked perfectly. However, it was our server, Thomas, (handle bar mustache) who made the evening special. He was attentive to our needs. Always available to assist without being annoying and answering our many questions. The consummate professional. “Give this place a try if in the area. Truly a gem. They have couches in the theater! the building itself is retro with murals and glass panels with marine life painted/etched on them. They also have a lounge where drinks can be ordered when open. So glad we went here.“

“Went for the karaoke lounge, but realized that we had to book in advance. However, the manager/owner Rob was ever so amazing enough to allow us to try out a karaoke room for a whole hour!!!! We had sooooo much fun and will definitely be coming back! He served yummy drinks and was so hospitable and kind. Not to mention the room itself was so unique/charming and had an amazing karaoke system!!! 100/10 recommend coming here with a big group and supporting Rob! 🫶🫶“

I do want to point out one person, her name is Keona, let me just say how sweet and kind this young lady is; she always greet me, my husband, and others with a smile and kind words, she is the reason we purchased a membership. If you are nervous about going to Colette, don’t, the atmosphere is a club environment with rooms in the back to do lifestyle activities, the staff will also tell you everything you need to know when you get there, but also do your research about this lifestyle.“

“My wife and I came here around 12:30a today and the experience sucked compared to 5 star experience we had last time. I had to track down someone to take my order. Eventually, our waitress came to us and we placed orders for a frozen sangria, ranchero pizza, and nachos. We moved from inside to the outdoor seating because it was a bit chilly inside. The food came quickly. The ranchero pizza was good if give it a 4/5. It had a good robust flavor. The nachos was just okay, the queso was cold and the steak toppings lacked flavor. The frozen sangria was just okay as well, because it had an unpleasant aftertaste. However, the night went downhill for us, and everyone who was eating outside when the roaches came, literally. At one table the roach flew over a woman's head. A roach crawled on the ground near us. We couldn't finish eating after that and went inside to find the waitress who was talking to customers and vaping. I have to mention that a few people outside were smoking. In Plano this is against the city ordinance. Our waitress seemed oblivious that everyone that was outside can't inside and seemingly everyone left after that. I brought you that roaches were swarming and going over people's and cratering by our feet and she attributed it to the weather. I've eaten outside before and never had to deal with roaches. I paid and left. The busser was very attentive and helpful however shout out to him. I would have included pictures of the roaches but I was busy dodging them.“

The food was delicious. The portion was a bit smaller than I expected it would be. They have both brunch and a soul food menu. We had the brunch menu ONLY because we didn't realize there was a soul food menu available during that time. I wish the waitress made mention of that menu, simply because it's easy to overlook.“
