“Delanna is by far our favorite server around and food is always amazing . We drive 45 minutes to Dallas just to come see her and visit the Preston Hollow location . She is truly such a joy to see and radiates such positive energy. She is very attentive, professional, and never fails to go above and beyond. The customer service industry needs more people like her! We will continue to recommend this location to our friends and family!“

“I had an amazing experience at JINYA Ramen Bar! The food was outstanding—everything was fresh, flavorful, and came out quickly. The ramen was rich and perfectly prepared, and you can tell they put a lot of care into every dish.
What really made the visit exceptional was our server, Sol. Sol was friendly, attentive, and genuinely welcoming from the moment we sat down. They made great recommendations, checked on us at just the right times, and made sure we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed. Excellent service like that turns a great meal into a memorable one.
If you’re looking for incredible ramen and top-notch customer service, I highly recommend JINYA Ramen Bar. We’ll definitely be back, and I hope we’re lucky enough to have Sol as our server again!“

“With the recent ramen boom, finding tonkotsu ramen in the US isn't rare anymore. But as someone from Kyushu—the birthplace of tonkotsu—I can say that the broth here is the real deal. It’s the authentic, original tonkotsu soup done right.
The thin noodles catch the broth perfectly, and the chashu pork is delicious too.
On top of that, the restaurant is clean and comfortable, and the service is fast. The price is surprisingly affordable—under $20 even when you order extra noodles (Oomori).
It truly brings that classic Japanese ramen shop experience—affordable, delicious, clean, and reliable—right here to Dallas.“

“Great tasting noodles and broth. Can’t get this type of “mifen” rice noodle elsewhere!! The broth is really deep and rich. You can taste that they make it from scratch, none of that corporate Sysco stuff. Also super reasonable prices.“

“Takoyaki was very good, lots of Bonita flakes given. Ramen was great, however beware Shin Jiro is QUITE spicy, and portion size is insane, maybe too much food for two! If you can tolerate a ton of spice go for it, but if not maybe sit that one out 😅“

“We had the #1 Ramen, the meat combo plate and a bulgogi sticky bun. Everything was phenomenal! My daughter loved the glass noodles, rice and bulgogi meat and asked if we could come here all the time 🤗“

“Food and service were awesome. We showed up late thinking they were open another 40 minutes but they were shutting down the kitchen in 10. We never felt rushed and the food came out amazing.“

“Has variety of options for my food mood! Singapore noodles, gyoza, Korean bbq bento box, ramen noodles, salmon sashimi, sushi are several I cycle through as my faves! They expanded their business and I saw another section that looks like it’s karaoke or something. Haven’t tried that yet. Great food, friendly service, decent prices.“

“The best softshell crab i.ve ever had- they made that and the calamari for me gluten free, using rice flour. Obviously very skilled, so i will be returning. Grai jeju gvba sai. My church of 500 is just around the corner. Would be interested in catering and coming regularly if more gluten-free options were available. Arigato.“

“In my continued endeavor to highlight good restaurant experiences, I found myself in an Asian food court in Allen Texas. I was quite surprised by the location of this restaurant at first, however, the amazing aromas that followed quickly settled my concerns. I was pleased with the food and found it quite tasty, but what really stood out to me was the hospitality. The gentleman standing behind the counter taking my order always had a smile on his face and genuinely seemed to be enjoying his job. His hospitality was immaculate and genuinely made my day. I would definitely recommend ramen kabukiya to anyone in the area.“

“Friends from Texas recommended this ramen while we were visiting from New York. Hands down the best I've had. The seafood ramen was amazing; super fresh and the portions are perfect. The gyoza was fabulous as well! Looking forward to visiting again and trying out some of your other dishes!“

“It was our first time here, and we will definitely be back. I ordered the Kyushu Tonkotsu. I was surprised on how flavorful the broth was. The noodles were the perfect consistency. The pork belly had a charred edge, which was new to me. I really enjoyed it. We ordered from the kiosk. I loved how much options you can choose to customize your order. I rate my dish a 5 star. My wife ordered the Tan Tan Men. The tempura shrimp was crispy outside and fluffy on the inside. The leafy greens and bamboo shoots were her favorite things to eat for this dish. She rates her dish a 5 star. The chicken kaarage was very moist and fresh, but it lacked crispiness and a little bit of flavoring, which the spicy mayo dipping sauce made up for. Overall experience, I rate this place a 5 star. The staff was friendly. The space was bright with a lot of natural lighting. I did like the self served water station.
Definitely give this place a try if you haven't.“

“Delicious “fireside cooking” or Robatayaki in which items of food on skewers are slow-grilled over hot charcoal. Liver, hart, tongue etc. the fresh items, Sashimi and Sushi are excellent as well. Wonderful services from owner and her staff. Sushi chef’s are excellent prepared sushi at the bar. Love cozy atmosphere as well.“

“I can't believe I forgot to review this even tho when me and my family eat here almost every time we come to the food court. My mom and dad LOVE their spicy seafood soup. It does take awhile for it to come out. But it's worth it because it's fresh, and comes out piping hot. Since my mom is getting older she can't tolerate spicy as much anymore. And they offered to do half spicy or just a little bit of spicy into the soup. So I really appreciate that, plus they're nice!“
