“Took a drive yesterday in the sunshine looking for something to eat. Nothing looked appealing to me and as soon as I was ready to just go home and have a sandwich I spot Tower 🍔! I had no idea there is a Tower in Alamo! I love the burgers but decided to try the angus hotdog. Oh my goodness it was FAB! My tastebuds thought it was their birthday! Thank you Tower Burger!“

“We are new to the Valley and are searching the little gems. We found one at Santa Fe. The steaks were great. My spouse had the filet, cooked to perfection medium rare and velvet smooth. I went for the ribeye. Same results, perfectly cooked. Both steaks had flame char. Our server, Poppy, was divine. She was so helpful and attentive. We will be back.“

“I would only recommend the burgers . Everything else didn’t even have a morsel of salt . Onion rings were too greasy . Fries bland. Corn dog was just a boiled weenie with batter . Fried chicken was juicy but AGAIN bland , But the burgers were definitely 10/10“

“Casa de Marisco is a staple in Weslaco. Don't let the name fool you. It isn't just seafood they serve here. But they have an awesome shrimp cocktail and the Tierra y Mar dishes are an awesome choice for those who want fried shrimp and fish while also hitting the spot for the chicken and beef fajitas. I always recommend it when asked for a good place to eat. This is my botana place. The botanita (for one) easily feeds 2 or 3. So much food. It's been a while since I've dined in but I see some familiar faces and they've always had great service. KEEP IT UP GUYS!!!“

“Idk what happened yesterday, but the food was not as good. The bread from a burger was cold, the potato soups were cold, the soda tasted like bad. It wasn’t like that before. They did replace the soups but we were not hungry for it anymore“

“This is our third time here. The wait to be seated was 15 min, which was fine. The waiter and I couldn't hear each other. There were so many tvs going with different programs. One is enough? The service was great, and the food came out in a timely manner even though it was a busy Friday night.
We ordered:
1. Queso dip - good, but order with no tortillas and more chips.
2. Burger - good as expected
3. Cobb salad with shrimp- good, but the shrimp were overcooked.
4. Lava cake - the best“

“Excellent place to eat at. Very calm and relaxed environment has TV's where you can watch football play. Customer service here is very good and they explain everything to you. Wish I could've taken more photos. Highly recommend if there is one in your area.“

“The charro beans were delicious and flavorful, they really added to the meal. The tortillas de herina tacos de bistec were full of flavor, the meat was perfectly marinated soft with only one or two fatty pieces, the portion size was perfect for someone really hungry. This combo meal is $10 comes with 2 tacos (flour tortillas), cup of beans, a baked potato and a drink. I mean….heaven. The Mexican cuisine in the RGV rivals Los Angeles and CDMX.“

“First thing I want to do is to give a shout out to "Fork It," from Facebook for showing this restaurant on his Facebook page. my cousin and I drove from Harlingen to Cabalen, just to try the food. The trip was worth it! The people there are so friendly, and the food was sooo delicious, the owner even gave us some food samples to try. I highly recommend this place to everyone. You will not be disappointed. Thank you!!“

“All i have to say is this place was beyond our expectations. While waiting over an hour at another breakfast place we stumbled upon this cafe with a simple google search. My husband called to see if they had a waiting time and just our luck they didnt and even offered to reserve our table for our party. Customer service was excellent, and the food was chef kissed!! You can tell they make their food with love, it was so tasty 😋 overall this place is great and i cant wait to come back for those chilaquiles 🫢🫢“

“I treated my current side chick to burgers, fries and onion rings today for lunch. I decided to finally give Big Daddys Burgers a try, everyone is always telling me how great the burgers are here. We ordered cheese burgers and a coke, French fries came free, and also ordered onion rings. My only concern is that they don't sell Mexican coke. The waitress brought us complimentary chips and salsa. The salsa was freshly made, with just the right amount of heat and spectacular flavor. What a masterpiece of a burger, with a thick, juicy patty of fresh beef, grilled to perfection and topped with cheese that drapes over the edges. It's nestled in a lightly toasted, soft bun and layered with crisp lettuce, ripe tomato, and fresh purple onion. The savory, meaty flavor is complemented by the condiments, creating a truly mouthwatering experience. Alongside the burger is a generous mound of golden-brown french fries. Each fry is perfectly crisp on the outside with a tender, fluffy potato interior, delivering a satisfying crunch and a warm, earthy flavor with every bite. The light dusting of salt makes them irresistible. Completing the plate are the hand-breaded onion rings, with a delicate, golden-brown crust that shatters on impact. Inside, the sweet, tender onion melts in your mouth, offering a perfect blend of savory batter and natural goodness. I will definitely be returning to explore some of the other menu options available..“
