“I’ve been reading review after review about this place and it was time for me to have a dine in experience. When I walked in I was greeted promptly and seated. The server was extremely attentive and took my drink order right away. I looked over the menu and there are so many wonderful options across the board. I knew what wanted and when she brought my drink I was ready to dive in. I ordered classic Vietnamese Spring Rolls and Meatball Pho’. The table is set with soup spoons, forks and chopsticks. They also have Siracha and Hoisin on the table. The Springs Rolls (pork) were delicious and put together perfectly and even cut in half to make it easier to eat. The peanut sauce was spot on and not too thick. Yummy Yummy. Now here comes the Pho, and it looked spot on. Beautiful glistening beef broth, piping hot with all the side accompaniments. The chef putting this together knows how to make Pho’. Absolutely delicious from every aspect. I’m a Pho’ snob and this is top 3 in Galveston or Harris County. Having a Vietnamese restaurant in League City is a huge plus, especially one as good as this. You truly are the Queen of Pho’. ❤️❤️“

I ordered the pho tai gau gan, and it was simply divine—rich, flavorful broth with tender noodles and perfectly cooked beef brisket and flank. The bo ne was a delightful surprise, served sizzling hot with a side of fresh toppings. Every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor. “Been coming here for years and they absolutely have the best egg rolls around! Service is amazing and my wife who loves Pho says it’s he best around also. I normally order orange chicken or the crispy egg noodle plate which is enough to feed 4 people. Everything I’ve ever ordered has been amazing and delicious. The owners are very polite and stop by your table to see if everything is ok. I definitely recommend Pho Yen!“

“1st time. I got a roast pork banh mi to go and it is probably best I ever had. It looked like they had a lot of SE Asian noodle dishes. Place was clean, bright and inviting. Personally I was not impressed with bakery section but the place was busy, and my banh mi so good I plan to go back soon and see what else they have“

“Thanh Phuong is definitely worth a visit if you're looking for good Vietnamese food at a reasonable price. I ordered the mixed beef pho, a Vietnamese sandwich, Vietnamese spring rolls, and Vietnamese tea. Everything was fresh, flavorful, and generously portioned.

The pho had a rich, satisfying broth, and the beef was cooked perfectly—tender and not chewy, which can sometimes be an issue at other restaurants. The fresh vegetables served alongside the pho were crisp and plentiful.

The Vietnamese sandwich was delicious, the spring rolls were fresh and tasty, and the Vietnamese tea was a great addition to the meal. The prices were very reasonable for the quality and portion sizes.

One thing I really appreciated is that they also serve Chinese food. If you have family members who aren't as adventurous with Vietnamese cuisine, there's something for them too. My husband was able to find plenty of options he enjoyed, which makes it an easy restaurant for the whole family.
