“We went Tuesday night and OMG! It was delish! The environment was great and staff were very friendly. They have outdoor decorations so you can take awesome Christmas pictures! It’s a must. I would have to say that this food truck has been the best I’ve been to. We’ve been to quite a bit and we were completely satisfied with the service! I didn’t take pictures because my phone died but I will take some next time.“

“I called the other day because we new that we were going to be throwing an Easter birthday party and I needed an order of fried rice for 30 people, So after discussing what I needed to be done they guaranteed me that the rice would be ready on the day I asked for which was Easter Sunday at 10:00 a.m. !!! Got there the rice was ready to go, took it to the party, It was a big hit. but most of all the hit was that Rincon went the extra mile you know the people there the atmosphere there they're a great bunch of customer service representatives. “I ALMOST SUFFOCATED EATING THEIR POZOLE!!!! I almost swallowed a Heineken beer bottle cap. I spoke to the business owner Oscar, whom admitted they add beer to their pozole. But he said that they have insurance and that I could do whatever I wanted. In another words he didn't care that I couldn't have died. A bottle cap can tear up your intestinal track. The picture shows the bottle cap that I pulled out of my mouth before swallowing it. Oscar, Insurance will not help if you die. HE TOOK NO RESPONSIBILITY FOR THIS NEGLIGENCE!“

“The food is great. They have a big variety to choose from. The full bar is a plus. Karaoke night is always fun. You can call ahead, dine-in or drive thru. This place is a staple in my life and I wouldn't have it any other way. The Somerset (and SW Military) location is nice too.“

“Food was delicious. Service was slow. Servers are not attentive to customers. I ordered two Barbacoa tacos and it took 20 minutes to get them. When they came they were on flour tortillas but I ordered them on corn. I didn’t get silverware or napkins. I’d go back for round two and give them a second chance to prove they are better than the service I received.“
