“I always come here since like 2 years ago and the vibes are always chill. I enjoy the prices and the crowd that goes is older which I prefer. You don't really see people sloppy here or starting fights or anything everyone minds their own business and doesn't really cause problems. You see a lot of regulars here and you can shoot some pool with friends. They also have slot machines and darts. I really come here because of the crowd.“

“Just a heads up, this is one of the rare places that allows inside smoking. Overall, it's an older crowd, so it's laid back and no issues when I went. Prices for drinks and food are responsible compared to other places I've been. Waitresses work in rotation, so someone is always coming around asking if you're good and need anything. They have a pool table and inside dart games. Nice little laid back spot if you don't mind the smoking.“

“We just had the most wonderful experience at Hillside Tavern. The food was phenomenal and the atmosphere was chill enough that we were able to bring our 11-year-old niece to eat with us. “my husband and myself enjoyed and early dinner today at the Dallas location. We had the best waitress named LuLu. Her service was so fast and she was so attentive. I had the tortilla soup and the bowl was huge. It was fresh and perfectly seasoned. My husband had the fajita nachos and we shared some queso and tortillas of course and it was all fantastic. Can't forget about the frozen margaritas, they were the perfect compliment to our dinner. This location treats us wonderfully everytime we come.“

“The security got over on me and my boyfriend he charges us 20 each to get in he says then says he just going to charge my boyfriend 20 and let me in free only if we're going to drink , when actually he was supposed to let us in free he was charging us for security service which isn't our job he was rude arrogant and disrespectful SECURITY ISNT SUPPOSED TO CHARGE BUT THEY CAN JUST FYI ....I didn't argue nor did my boyfriend because he could have lied to the owner and got us banned“

“Cool Steampunk designed retro bowling alley in Art Deco 1938 Lakewood Theater. Double Dave’s Pizza-the cauliflower crust pizza is my fav and the pepperoni rolls! Frozen Ranch water is so good and they have a full bar with great beer selection as well. Love!“

The only thing that I couldn't get wrapped around my head was why were the tables sit in the middle of two seats and it's far away from seat 🤔. I kept trying to see if it moves closer but it doesn't. So your drink is far away. It was good no one was sitting next to me because I had my drink and popcorn close to the edge of the table 😊. the other thing that got me was the server came to my seat and interduced himself and then he said he needed to see my ticket first 🤔. When he went to the people behind me he didn't ask them nor the ones in front of me 🤔. This made me feel some kind of way. But I quickly dismissed this because I was letting nothing spoil my birthday celebration 🎉. If you do it to one please do it to all no matter what they look like.. overall I truly enjoyed the movie.“

I brought it to the managers attention and he just became argumentative, and said this is what his customers want. No problem, we won't be back.“
