“By far the most friendly and service oriented staff. These employees are well trained, disciplined, and show teamwork all around. Excellent service overall despite the small scale happy chaos kids cause in this location. The dining area is kept very clean. We didn't get to experience the robot server because the dining area was full. Kids play area is the added fun. Keep it up.

“I've only been once, but the food is good & very great, reasonable, & affordable prices. The only thing is they don't have any signs that states fried chicken is spicy or original nor do they ask which way you want it made. I don't know if all the food is Spicy or not except for maybe the kid meals.
If you have any type of Reflux problems or Ulcers of any type I would suggest asking if the food is automatically made Spicy or not.
Since I do Acid Reflux (I do have to take medicine) the only way I was able to eat the fried chicken was by pulling the skin off.“

“It was fresh. Barbeque Chicken Bone out. I ate eight of them. No shame in my game. Half of an Apple ?? pie ?. The food was picked up by Ms. Charlie. I have not yet sit and eat there. That was the 2nd time that the food was good. I would think that the service is pretty good. I go into the convenience store to check or buy a ticket most of the time.

Parking: There are gas ⛽⛽ pumps at that location. It's busy all the time. You need to be able to take your time.“

“We ordered from DoorDash. 2 plates of Shrimp Fried Rice and Fried Chicken wings, extra thigh, & 5 fried shrimp. The fried rice was way more than we expected but it was delicious. The wings and shrimp were seasoned and fried perfectly. The chicken has a little spice to it but we loved it.“

“Now if you are not particular on the location lol, the food is actually REALLY GOOD. I’m not impressed with their fried chicken (my coworker loves it) BUT their fried Catfish is A1. I didn’t take a photo because it’s just typical fish and chicken. Try it! You might really like it!“

“This new store is nice and the food was standard Chick-fil-A. The parking lot isn't the best layout. When we got home with our food we realized that dot not receive any napkins and I had no sauce, and when I thought back I remembered that I had not been asked if I wanted any. There is an area that looks like it's for a condiments and such but it was empty. Also the employees that greeted us and took our order seemed as though they were just speaking from a script, almost like the little robot that was rolling around.“

“I spoke with the GM Allen he was very professional corrected the conditions of my order the store was clean and I really appreciate Allen professionalism and I was just like the corporate office to know that he is doing a great job here at the store and he is qualified for the position that you guys have given him so could you guys give him some kudos“

“I was convinced that NO ONE could cook at Church’s in Texas. The first time in 18 yrs this was THEE best Church’s chicken it was fried just right and it actually had crisp all the way around instead of a slick dead spot. Kudos to this staff for making me believe that Churches still got it ?“

“This is the first location of the Cowboy Chicken chain that served great rotisserie bird. The owner was an employee of that chain but has launched his own now that the other is out of business.He serves the familiar, moist chicken that spends the day over a wood fire. His other specialty is tomalies with a choice of chicken or pork.They are really tasty, but if you want some, get there before the evening rush; they don't last until closing. Better yet is to call and place an order for the next day. He'll cook them at home and have them waiting. He can only handle a few dozen orders, so there's a chance you'll have to wait another day.Far from the ubiquitous fast-food stops, nearly everything about Western Chicken is custommade and as good as that implies.The little shop is made for takeout, so don't expect to get your atmosphere fix here. However, it's quaint that the exterior of the store is a log wall, so take that and your food. You'll be back.“

“Kindest staff. When my friend was having car trouble, Joshua (the executive director) at the location jumped in to help. He helped pop the hood and another worker brought water (since overheating was the issue). He suggested coolant and helped pour it into the car with a funnel made from an empty jug. Thank you for your help along with great service as we waited for the car to cool.“
