“It was after the lunch run, and this location is busy, but they have a lot of employees. After ordering at the drive-through, it took forever to get my salad after five minutes, or so they asked me to drive around and park by the front door and someone would bring it out?? It was a salad. I'm not sure if I would ever return to this location“
“Their food is great and their service is usually really good. Today they dropped the ball big time, they delivered my order to my house mind you a live 3 minutes away and my sandwich was missing I immediately called let them know she said she would get it delivered to me right away and 40 minutes later I still had no sandwich I called back and the leader or who ever she was said she had sent it out right away but the driver had other deliveries… my thing is you messed up my order so now you’ve made me wait an hour to get a sandwich delivered that you missed the first time.so I do not recommend getting things delivered just in case you’re missing things you won’t be priority to receiving the items missed.“
