“Great location for a large group or couples dinner. The service team was on point and made the evening very enjoyable. The appetizers scallops were amazing, the calamari was buttery and seasoned perfectly. The wine selection is good. The steaks were good but lacked tenderness and seasoning. Might have been an off evening as it wasnt the same delicious steaks as previous evenings.
Our waiter was amazing and provided everything needed for a fun time for our group of 10. Deserts were over the top. Huge portions and delicious.

I'm a regular at this location on Tarrant Parkway and have always enjoyed the food and the margaritas....I almost turned around and walked out so disappointed! oh, one other thing, when I order food I always have to ask for silverware! I myself have worked in the food industry years ago, I do know the dirty dishes should be picked up when customers are done eating, this helps to keep the area clean even if you are busy which in this case the bar wouldn't be full of dirty dishes and I'm not exaggerating...it was the whole bar area!“

I usually do not like to write bad reviews and the intent if this one is not to be negative.Today however I had a unique experience .After ordering for delivery , after 79 minutes of waiting I get a message that my order has been cancelled and to contact the store.Upon doing so I have been told that my order was given to the Doordash driver and I should contact Doordash to see what is going on. Well that portion drove me nuts to be honest. I completely understand that delivery can be missed, it happened before and though uncomfortable because I was hungry, I actually never got mad.Today however a line was crossed. As a customer, when I pay 20 $ overall for a small salad, I am expecting Salada to track their own drivers.I did not order from Doordash. I ordered from Salata. Please understand that if I ordered delivery it probably means that I , as a customer don’t have time to track drivers who do not feel like working. “The Manager at this location is very very serious about customer experience; we were in for dinner on a very busy night and though my 6 year old got her food right away ours was taking its seemingly normal time. The waiter came by and explained there was a delay, to be honest I didn’t notice; shortly there after we were visited by the manager ( who had already come by to check in) and he apologized and explained the reason for the delay (again I hadn’t noticed a delay based on other Olive Gardens I’ve been too) but he said the entrees were on him. He was very kind and didn’t have to do that my typical OG trip Olin other areas has always taken a long time.

Valerie's being open 24 hours on this side of town is a God-send; and the food is actually good. I'd recommend a burrito, chimichanga, or enchilada over the carne asada fries though.

“Who knew Mac-n-Cheese could be so good? The greatness that Cane Rosso bestows every dish they serve must be experienced first hand. On my journey thru their menu, my server Rachael, helped me choose which dishes to try out. She started me with my must have sweet tea and an appetizer of Rick Rolled Mac&Cheese. I recommend it upgraded to Rick Rolled with bacon marmalade and white truffle oil. Trust me on this. She then helped me select which flavors for a half/half pizza. The Straight Fire and I believe the Cane Rosso. The Cane Rosso with caramelized onions was a very unique taste. But I will say the Straight Fire 🔥 was straight fire. Before you sprinkle the red pepper flakes, give it a try first. My second slice did not get any pepper flakes because it didn't need any. I also chose to try a dessert for the first time and so glad I did. It was the Ladybird, which is basically a dessert pizza. I'm looking forward to a leftover lunch today. I am so grateful to have had Cane Rosso suggested as I now have a goal of trying every dish they serve. TIP: Ask about their "Secret Menu" which I'm keeping secret. 😉“
