“We 100% love coming to True Texas BBQ on Wilderness Oak… I just have one big issue.

Y’all are always sold out of ribs, it’s 5:15pm on a Thursday early evening. This has been the 3rd time I try or order the ribs and sold out.

I want the ribs, please please please make more.

Have a way to track what people are requesting and not able to order because it’s sold out.

“Parking: Excellent brisket especially marbled with a small amount of fat to tenderize it...very good....also everything else such as potatoes baked and cooked are very good. BBQ beans and Mac n cheese are perfect additions too.

You will impress that lovely lady with your choice of various sides such as coalSlaw, Spanish Rice (perfect for a Chicana), beans, and lots of American Pies 🥧 ! And brownies Chunks to choose from! The old country songs playing in the background will add to the romance and mood. That ambience in the air complimentary to the soft lighting that sets the mood for a first kiss! They also have great and tasty fried chicken and pico along with onions you can munch down all night if you don’t like your date so much. Highly Recommend“

“I think this place is pretty busy so it's understandable that the servers are always a little bit rushed. But when they try to take your food order before you even open the menu. I get a little put off and then When you don't get your drinks until after.Your food has already been served.That is sometimes another problem. The portions are very large and it's very good But I think I need to hire.

“My husband and I had a fantastic dinner at Cibolo Moon! We shared a Cesar Salad - which was fresh and light - just perfect. For our mains, I had the snapper and my husband had the Cowboy Ribeye steak - both were delicious. Even more than the food the service was off the charts and such a welcome treat. All too often these days is it subpar. Thank you for the superb service and wonderful dinner!“
