“James *our waiter* and Mehdi *the amazing chef* were absolutely phenomenal. The good was very flavorful and delicious. We were celebrating a birthday and he went above and beyond with the strawberry shortcake dessert 🍰 for not just the birthday girl but the entire party of 5 got to partake. The Salmon BLT is a 10/10! Spicy Crab and Avocado and the SW Chicken Sandwich both superb. We will definitely be back. All around *chefs kiss*“

“This was such a pleasant visit. We had a group of 8 including one vegan. The menu didn’t have much on the vegan side, so the chef came out and offered to make what ever she wanted. The chef crafted up a beautiful bowl of cooked veggies with corn tortillas and salsa. Aside from the cook, our waiter (Daniel) was super knowledgeable and helped with many drink and food recommendations, was tentative, and kind. This was such a wonderful experience, I can’t wait to come back!“

The spa is amazing and I had an amazing massage. We will be here all week and I am looking forward to another massage with my husband joining me next time. “We frequently go to the SILO on 1604 for birthdays and anniversaries. Over recent years the quality of service and food has been remarkably excellent. Arriving early for our Sunday reservation, we spent time at the NONNA bar. Our bartender was Gabrielle. What a wonderful young lady. She made me the best “personalized” vodka martini I’ve had in years. Kudos to Gabrielle!“

“We were at the Rim location just now. We sat in the bar area and immediately left. The floor had chips, old french fries on the floor and under the table. I had even said something about the floor needed sweeping as the hostess sat us. She didnt even bother to come back to address that. We got up and left. If the staff is like that with upkeep upfront, I did not want to know how they maintain their kitchen. I can understand if they were very busy and did not have time but there was a couple of people in the bar area. They could have addressed that. Very dissappointed.“

“I ordered pick up, they were really fast and I like how they don’t add any hormones or antibiotics in their meats. Their food is always hot and fresh and tastes so good. I love supporting small businesses, I’m choosing them for catering on my next event too :) the service was amazing!!!! I was so upset that they were temporarily closed after Covid, but I’m so glad they’re back with an even better menu!!“

“We absolutely love Verde Bistro. We have been coming here for almost 6 years since we moved to the area. The owners, bartender, staff and chefs are all amazing. Food and drinks are unique and so good. We recently celebrated our Son's rehearsal dinner here and everything was perfect. Whether you have a large group, a dinner with friends and family or looking for a romantic night, this is a wonderful place.“
