“Don't know what's happened in the past few months but my past 3 orders have all been wrong, I get 3 ingredients how is that getting messed up? Bacon egg and bean. Instead get potato bacon and cheese. How is that even close??? Never going back.“

“This place was amazing! Been driving past for a few years but finally stopped by and so glad we did. The food is wonderful and so are the drinks! We had margaritas, mojitos and modelo on tap, all were perfect! Arturo (the owner) is super friendly and will make sure you have a good time!“

“The breakfast tacos at Mimas Tacos to go are delicious. You can pretty much create your own with a wide variety of meats (the chorizo sausage is delicious), eggs, cheese, veggies, etc. plus a small salsa bar to add any zing you might want. If breakfast is this good I’m sure lunch and dinner versions are great too! Great food, fast and friendly service.“

“As a self proclaimed Tex Mex snob I can’t go on enough about Nimia’s Salsa at Las Barcas in Canyon Lake. I absolutely require it when I make lengua tacos at home, and I adore it with tortilla chips, and in the spirit of full confession - I always end up eating a straight spoonful of it anytime I use it. It is perfectly spiced, not so much as to mask any flavor, but enough to let you know it is there. If I were a Pharaoh in Ancient Egypt, I would have a huge jar of this in my sarcophagus! Bravo Nimia - your salsa is Tex Mex art!“

“Amazing food with great customer service! Salsa and chips were fresh and delicious, tortillas were soft and perfectly warm. The Cantaloupe water was so refreshing. Breakfast was perfect, can't wait to try lunch and dinner items!“
