“We recently visited Dave's Hot Chicken for the first time, and it was an exceptional experience from start to finish. The front-of-house staff were incredibly inviting, providing excellent service with enthusiastic attitudes that made us feel valued. The wait for our food was pleasantly short, and the dishes were served at the perfect temperature, reflecting the care and attention given to each order. Overall, we were thoroughly impressed and will definitely be returning soon. Highly recommend giving Dave's Hot Chicken a try!“

“1st time dining at Layne’s and how I can describe their fingers is like eating KFC original breading, meaning that the breading had a good flavor. They have a variety of sauces, but for me the check of approval was the country cream gravy. Nothing special about the gravy, but the fact that they offer it (in my opinion) is a plus. Texas toast and crinkly fries were good, and almost a standard for most combo baskets, so it paired well. If you are an Aggie fan, you may recognize them as a local staple in Bryan/College Station. I would eat here again, considering the chicken competitions near by.“

“I absolutely love this location so much. They're SO kind and have wonderful customer service. I frequently pick up doordash orders here and it always smells soooo good and I've been so excited to finally try it this evening for myself. I showed up at about 8:40pm thinking they would be out of chicken(strips) since they were about to close, and since they're a buffet I figured they would only have what was left over and not be taking any more orders, but I was wrong! I placed my order and it was 100% made fresh and to order! The roll was super soft and yummy, the potatoes were delicious and the chicken is absolutely to die for. I frequently go to KFC, but I think Hartz Chicken Dickinson location has stolen my heart for good.“

“Went there Thursday evening thru drive-thru. Ordered roasted chicken. Was horrible. Smelled rotten and bad. The beans and rice also has a smell of sourness to it. The food was not hot. Very bad eating experience. Will not be going Back. Yuk and Yuk. Spoiled food.“

“The restaurant and bathrooms are emaculat!! I love the vibe. We usually just do the drive thu, which is also very fast whether it's full or not, but this day my boys and I sat inside to enjoy our meal. The counter attendant was very friendly with a good spirit. Our meal arrived very quickly which was great because we were really hungry. The sauce is delicious I could drink a whole cup. They need to bottle it and sell it in stores. (Just sayin)“

“I love Chicken Express. I think they're chicken tenders are so crispy and delicious. They have great rolls, great fried okra and yummy sweet tea. Plus they have Sonic ice which I like or love. The staff is always very very friendly. I highly recommend!“

“This place is a hidden gem. Literally. It's behind a chicken restaurant and surrounded by gorgeous trees. The vibe is SUPER laid back, and you can tell this is a local favorite. They are an extension of the restaurant, so they serve the same food.The bartender was also extremely friendly, and made some awesome drinks. “Ok so the food is good, everything else is good but the sweet tea has been just brown water for the last month. At first is was the finest sweet tea in all the land! For years it was amazing! It was DIEBETUS in a cup! <3...now its just brown water, idk who is making it but they need to stop, it doesnt matter the time of day, it doesnt hit like it used to, im requesting my unhealthy amount of sugar back in my tea please...“

“Austin provided exceptional service. His greeting was sincere, he was careful to repeat my order and ensure it was correct, and he was genuinely friendly. There was a bit of a line in the drive through due to the sheer number of customers and not the speed or service which was exceptional. Because of this wait time, Austin asked me about my day and I greatly valued that interaction. I choose to eat at chick fil a specifically because of service such as this. Any other chain I know I will get bare minimum service but coming here I know the staff will be friendly and take pride in doing the best job they can. The staff in the kitchen have this location running like the navy, I was genuinely impressed by this location and I have visited many as it has been my go to stop driving 170,000 miles in the last 3 years.“
