“The hubs and I have visited this location atleast three times. I've gotten the wings and he has gotten cheesesteak. We've also tried the lemonade which is delicous! Now, first, I want to share that this place is super clean. Every time we've gone in there the tables and everything are clean, there is no trash to be found anywhere, and even the kitchen looks stellar and like someone is constantly cleaning. Im impressed by how clean it is there. The second thing is the service. Since we are new to texas we hadnt been to a charleys before and primarily that is what drew us in. The food looked good and it was a new place for us to try. So when we go in of course we dont know what we want and I always ask questions and ask what the people working their like to eat. Its a red flag to me if they dont eat there. lol. But these employees were super nice, super friendly, and very informed and educated on their menu items. They really helped me decide on what I wanted and that made ordering easy. Now when we got the food, it was hot, because they cook it fresh and they let you customize it to the way you like it which i greatly appreciate! Yay! I did end up getting the traditional bbq wings....ma'am that sauce...ooooweee yum to the yum! that sauce is divine i tell you! and the fries have some sort of seasoning on them. Its just delicious all the way around. Will be back!“

“My daughter and I went into this jersey mikes this evening 15 minutes before closing. Late night at gymnastics. I have to say the two guys that were working are amazing! Super nice and welcoming! I love Jersey Mikes and now I love them even more. I wish I would have asked there names because they definitely deserve a call out!“

“I was standing in line waiting behind a customer being served. The older lady finished her item and turned away from me to wait on the Mexican guy standing beside me. He told her I was next, she screwed up her face. I said it's ok I am not working and he is. But after she finished with him, she asked the gentleman who just came up for his order. I said to the man it's OK when he protested. When she finished with him she told the other employee something I could not hear and walked off she did not wait on me. The other young lady made my order. I was getting food for a friend who had fallen and I was sitting with her. I would have left on the second snub but I had to get back to my patient.“

“Took forever to start my sub(subway club) then kid has earbuds in both ears keeps asking same questions over and over. Go to check out and bill is higher than expected so I question it. Girl says it’s extra for the chicken. WHAT DIDNT ORDER CHICKEN ON MY SUBWAY CLUB

“My husband was in the hospital, and I was on bed rest at home. I was able to call Quiznos and order him food,Moe the awesome manager took my order over the phone and payment. He was able to let Simone the 4th floor receptionist pick it up and get it to my husband after his surgery. Awesome team! Thank you Moe“
