The staff was nice and friendly (even though they did get my order wrong, which is my only complaint - that being said, mistakes can happen, so I'm not lowering the rating based on one bad experience). Food was good and me and my family were able to enjoy our time dining in.

“I heard you had a new chicken sandwich, I ordered one but think you forgot to add the sandwich...I got a larger chicken nugget but no sandwich was found. Looks like you like to lose to Popeyes and Chic Fil A...Maybe one day they will let you join the adult conversation.“

“I have been eating McDonald's since I was a teenager, the food is generally good the prices have increased over the years. The biggest problem is the waiting to order and receive your order, they focus on the drive thru and forget the people inside the restaurant. But overall it is ok occasionally they forget to give you the right order what is more frustrating is when you get home and realize something is missing and you have to drive back to claim the items missing. But overall it is 👍

Parking: As far as parking not so much the problem it is more to get out because the line to the drive thru is long and can't back out.“

The food was classic McDonald’s quality—hot, fresh, and consistent with the brand’s standards. The employees were friendly, attentive, and provided quick service with a smile, which really made the visit enjoyable. “Jolt literally has the best consistent taste on all 3 coffee drive thrus I used to be a Dutch bros fan but this place is waaaay better hoping they expand on the south side I literally love driving up to the new Braunfels area to see my spouse for work but I always look forward to getting a drink here and I love it here and the staff are always amazing on all locations! I love 7 brew too but this is literally even better them too! The soft top is the best… I’ve tried coffee grind too in new Braunfels didn’t get me like this place did never fails.“
