The Ribeye Medium Rare, Shrimp & Scallops, Lobster Tail to name a few were exceptional with Paso Roble Red Wine! Cannot thank TRULUCK’S Southlake enough for their warm hospitality and we will be back to plan our wedding celebration! “Very impressive for an airport restaurant. Generally speaking, food and service are similar to their regular restaurant locations which seems to never be the case with airport restaurants. They have gone out of their way to keep a solid menu and a full bar as well as the feel of a restaurant that is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle upstairs. Highly recommended.“

They did inform us we were not going to be seated together but it being last minute we were okay with it. They sat us in booths next to each other. Two different waitresses. Our waitress right away told us we could not be moving around from table to table. She was not able to handle such a big table. Very unprofessional disregarding we were paying customers. Not sure if we would visit again with that kind of treatment. FYI, we still tipped more than what was expected.“

“For the money, this place is really good. We especially like the oyster nachos. Get them on Wednesdays when they are $3 cheaper than normal. Happy hour specials are good too with several food options at or below $8, like the shrimp nachos which are big and filling.“

“We stopped by for a quick meal and were searching for high quality and protein. This place not only has tons of options but our service with EMANUEL was extraordinary. His knowledge of the menu, the food sourcing, and the preparation methods helped us deduce that our decision was a good one!

Food was incredible, and atmosphere was relaxed and luxurious.

At one point a guest knocked off one the table settings and the ramequins broke. EMANUEL jumped into action and said, “it’s okay, no problem, we will fix it,” to ease the guests discomfort with causing a calamity. The setting remained calm and peaceful thanks to his kind demeanor.

His work ethic and high level of customer service should be acknowledged by his team and management.“

I did not feel like leaving any tips but then I thought, maybe he had a bad day. So I left 18% tips. I hope he gets the message and improve his attitude. I am not going back to this location.“

Today I had two encounters with Jarad and the Manager Desmond who made sure me and my family was well taken care of. Today was very busy when I came in but was greeted right away, there was a small wait time but once I was seated everything came out right away. The food was fresh and Hot. “This is a fancy Mexican/Latin restaurant with an upscale version of well known dishes. The majority of the menu was seafood which I am not a fan of so I had the carne asada. The carne asada was good but came just as cut steak, no tortillas or toppings. I also got the Brussel sprouts with chorizo which were amazing. The carne asada would have been enough without the Brussel sprouts.“

We tried the Veggie Soup, Tofu Lettuce Wrap , Pad Thai and Mango with Sticky rice.

All three were really good. Very fresh and tasty. will definitely go back and will recommend.

Just to note: Little bit on the expensive side. Service fee (Tip) of 18% as well.

Was enjoying himself . Eating listnkng to a great playlist . It was a vibe. Can’t wait to go back. Our bill was expensive. But so worth it.“
