“Out of all the starbucks chain stores in East Tex, this is my personal favorite. The location is a tad awkward, but the customer service at this location is 10/10.
Watch the southbound freeway entrance, from this corner, as the entrance curb is buckled and WILL harm your transmission if you hit it.

“The Place was super atmospheric and pretty, every time I go here the teas always hit and the quality never misses! So I don't feel afraid to try something new since I know it will always be good??. I recommend the Creme Brulee Dirty Boba and the Thai Milk Tea!“

“Dutch Bros on Lake Houston is pure happiness in a cup! From the moment we rolled up, the vibe was electric! Smiles, good music, and even better drinks. I treated myself to the Picture Perfect, and wow… silky, chocolatey caramel heaven with every sip. My husband went for the strawberry horchata and it tasted like summer and comfort all at once. Drinks were flawless, service was top tier, and honestly, it felt less like a coffee run and more like a mini joy break. Can’t wait to go back!“

“I don’t know what all these bad reviews are about, of course there’s gonna be maybe one straw wrapper on the floor time to time, that’s customers being ignorant, and the employees are busy during the day making drinks and keeping their areas clean whatnot, but I love this location! Staff is always friendly, has been for years, this store has never been dirty enough for me to say something negative about it! And plus the coffee is always good!“

“I was here for several hrs doing some unexpected work, and it was a great ambiance for productivity. The internet was fast and the music was grooving. I also noticed the music playing was a very wide variety. Alternative, pop, Spanish, classics, hip hop, and more. There were several others there also working on laptops, and we were not bothered by the staff at all. They cleaned the tables fairly quickly when ppl left. They also had tons of outlets for charging. I bought 2 seasonal coffees and each were btw $4-$7. I would have given a higher rating, but I wasn't a fan of the drinks I ordered (I know, not their fault)“

“Didn’t even know this French Crêperie existed until I drove by ,figured ok let’s check it out well it doesn’t disappoint the food is excellent I get the Nutella w/strawberry Crêpe delicious.The staff is always friendly this is my 4th time here and Melli has greeted me with a smile and friendly welcome I appreciate that.I talked to her briefly and told her a smile doesn’t cost a penny sometimes that’s all it takes 😊“

“I wish I could remember her name but she is an older lady and reminds me of my grandma! Yes the drive thru is long everyday but she is so sweet and patient with a huge smile! I see the bad reviews and I understand expectations but the customer service isn’t rude!!!! Management needs to recognize the drive thru issue but also praise that nice lady!“

“I was concerned about a Starbucks inside of a Macy's, but I was quite impressed with the stellar service of cashier Alexie who wore a bright smile as she took my order. Upon tasting my order, I could tell the coffee didn't have cane sugar. Manager James quickly resolved the issue and offered to remake the order, which I contested. He said, "I just want you to be happy with your order..." This is the type of service deserving of all customers and I am privileged to receive this level of service and respect! Great job you two....“

“Amazing service! We called the restaurant prior to arriving to make sure a certain item was available, they assured us that it was. After realizing, they didn’t have the item, they immediately called us back, I didn’t hear my phone ring. Upon arrival, they let us know they didn’t have what we initially went there for and was extremely apologetic. They even took an item off our bill. Wow! Thank you so much for taking care of us, you didn’t need to do that but we appreciate it.“

“The older lady that spoke when drove up the menu was rude was heck. But the person who actually handed us our drinks was pleasant and friendly. The older lady is always unpleasant and needs to take a lesson from others in this location and that is not age shaming. Im over 50 but I do not act like I am mean and unhappy“
