This location consistently has a clean and supplied bathroom, including changing table liners. “Having to work overnight shift was picking something up to have later. Lettuce does not reheat well, ordered a Big Mac simply asked for lettuce on the side instead of on the sandwich. Was met with utter confusion. Had to get a manager who also was totally confused. It seems that unless it is a actual button they can push no one at this location can figure out how to add the lettuce but not on the actual burger. Just another glaring example of how common sense or independent thinking is a thing of the past. Lord help us if these are the people taking care of us in our golden years.“

“I live in Italy so I have the highest quality and most variety of coffee. Other than ciggeretes and pasta their staple in their diet is coffee. But I miss starbucks. There isnt one here in Sicily and I have to go Germany or another country to find some. I love their mixed drinks and urban feel. The only thing is the names are ridiculous. They are random italian names that do not make sense. Also the Frappe doesnt exist here in Italy.“

“I came to this location and had the best coffee I think I’ve ever had! This very kind young lady I think her name was Amenah made it for me. She was so sweet! She helped me hand craft the perfect drink for me! The food was amazing, costumer service was great and the location was very clean. All staff was very kind and seemed to work well with each other! “The older lady that spoke when drove up the menu was rude was heck. But the person who actually handed us our drinks was pleasant and friendly. The older lady is always unpleasant and needs to take a lesson from others in this location and that is not age shaming. Im over 50 but I do not act like I am mean and unhappy“
