“The chicken is the bomb. Think Williams but far better. Good and crispy and it seems the brine the chicken. We are new in town and I was a bit scared to try this Lisa’s because the one close to old place was mid but now this Lisa’s will be a go to for fried chicken“

“I came here to brag about the staff working on 1-30-24 @7pm. we live in Granbury and our chickfila is currently closed so we stopped in Benbrook on our way to Ft Worth. From the sweet girl who took our order to the drive through window team, all were happy and friendly. Having fun at work and getting the job done! Mgmnt team must be doing something right. such a pleasure to see smiling faces, laughter and getting the order right! well done 👏“

“New spot by TCU for Korean fried chicken and wings. Wonderful flavors and so worth a visit. Also try the kimchi fried rice and say yes to the pickled radish that comes with the meal. My son Robert and I enjoyed our visit and took some fried chicken home for my husband.“

“🙂The bingo game was so much fun. And while there I enjoyed the chicken nuggests, waffle fries, and the peach frosted lemonade for supper. Amazing employees who helped created an amazing experience.“

“We had the pleasure of being served by Mondo (or Mando, I believe)! I was visiting Fort Worth from London, and he kindly asked if I was from Europe. It was such a thoughtful gesture that made us feel so welcome. The rest of the staff was also incredibly friendly and welcoming, and the food was amazing. Overall, it was a great experience, and we’ll definitely be back!“

“Very friendly staff and great service! They let me try my food before taking it and even said I could get a refund if I didn’t like it. The Kool-Aid was really good, the portions were huge, and the food came out hot and fresh. Best of all, the wait was less than 10 minutes. I’ll definitely be coming back!“

“I've been a customer since 99' over in North Fort Worth. Always great stuff. Maybe once at the one on Division in Arlington the chicken was too dry, but now I try the one in Arlington off Pioneer and I'm just so happy with their overall service.“

“I have to say this is the best service and great manager!
I was in yesterday and the lady next to me was picking her hair out and putting it in her food! I was shocked! I think the manager just replaced it and moved on! I love the food and never had a issue! THANK YOU CHICKEN SALAD CHICK!“

“Employs mostly young adults who seem very friendly and clean cut. Offers college tuition and seems to care for their employees. I admire this but still worry about their support for non traditional families. I am one and would like to frequent this restaurant, since it has been one of my favorites since the late 70's/early 80's at Hulen Mall in Fort Worth .
The ice cream is the closest to HOMEMADE ICE CREAM from any fast food restaurant.
And the CHICKEN... AMAZING FLAVOR!!“

“When it comes to not jus great food for a 1st time experience not all can go perfectly but when it come to mistakes whether if its us or them or misunderstandings u can count on the manager Kinta making everything right maybe not all the staff but you ask for kinta he'll make everything right! Thank God for managers like him 🙏 outstanding human being. Food was amazing! Maybe not the experience due to young trippy girls overcharging me but kinta set it straight so thanks to him! “The fact that there are people working tonight 1/27/26 7:15pm (currently freezing temps and icy roads), serving us food is 5 star in and of itself. But they were all very nice and friendly which made it even better. I would be mad having to work, but they didnt show it all. Nice to see friendly service from time to time, its rare nowadays in fast food.“
