“In our community this Canes sponsors spirit days for the schools and donates a portion of their proceeds to schools, so as you can imagine the community follows suit and visits the location. While I think this a wonderful thing that they do for the community I want to share what really impressed me. While I was in line a gentleman showed up and I don’t know if it was the manager or owner but he jumped right in and started helping all his employees and guiding them, most of the team is younger so I am sure they appreciated the help. You don’t see that a lot and I just wanted everyone to know that’s how you run a good team.“

“Good service and clean restaurant located in a strip center. My sandwich was good (forgot to take photos) and the toppings were fresh. Subway no longer has black olives. All stores have discontinued that topping. They must be the only sandwich shop who sells the Miss Vickie’s Spicy Pickle chips. I only see them at Subway. They are spicy, but oh so good!“

“This place is what you have learned to expect from Chick-Fil-A--tasty, well-prepared food, great service, welcoming atmosphere, and clean dining room. Forget about it if I'm driving through. The people are always cheerful and knowledgable. The line moves quickly and the process is painless.

My grandaughter taught me to get the spicy chicken salad. The great thing about it for me is the CFA app. I can go in the store, find my table and settle in. And then order through the app. The salad I enjoy can be customized several ways. I do not enjoy standing in line trying to remember everything to do to the salad, but the app lets me sit there in peace and do the deed. It works every time.

Whether I'm there with the grands or just having a salad for lunch, I am never disappointed. Well done, CFA.“

“First time at In-N-Out, flew from NY. Joyce took my order, explained the menu and absolutely made my experience. The restaurant was clean, all the staff members were very friendly and polite.

“This is by far my favorite Chick-fil-A location (even without indoor seating). The service is always fast, and you never get cold fries or a not-so-spicy sandwich. You get EXACTLY what you ordered - every time. Just now I was blown away to have my curbside order brought to my window before I'd even had a chance to put in the spot number!! Incredible.“

We got our sandwiches as bowls and they are HUGE! You get so much food-well worth it! Order was accurate. “DQ is our favorite burger place and their fries are so good, not greasy.

Afterwards, we get blizzards. My favorite is Heath bar, my daughter loves the Royal strawberry cheesecake, and also the Oreo fudge brownie blizzard.
We brought our sweet Sadie a pup cup home! She loves DQ also.
Their drive thru got us through COVID too!

“Even though this is the closest J&B. I would drive to others because this place was horrible. I would try once a year to see if employees would change. Ever since Judy became an employee, that place has been awesome! Great attitude! Great service! Food is actually correctly made! Manager contact me, she needs to be recognized for saving your business.“

“I had the BEST experience with Pizza Hut thanks to Ellie! I was having such a frustrating time trying to place a delivery order. I called the West and Fry Rd location first, but they kept telling me they couldn’t deliver to my address. Not only that, but they were rude and made it feel like I was the problem. Out of frustration, I decided to call the other Pizza Hut, and that’s when I got Ellie on the phone.

She was an absolute lifesaver. I explained the situation, and she was patient, kind, and actually listened. Within seconds, she put my address into the system and confirmed exactly which store was supposed to deliver to me (West and Fry, like I had thought all along). I felt bad even asking, but I kindly asked Ellie if she could try reaching out to the other store for me—and she didn’t hesitate. She went above and beyond, personally calling them to make sure my address got entered correctly so I could finally place my order.

I can’t say enough good things about her professionalism and how much she cared. In a world where customer service can feel rushed or dismissive, Ellie stood out as someone who genuinely wanted to help. She turned what had been a really stressful situation into a positive one, and I was SO appreciative. Pizza Hut, you’ve got a star employee here—Ellie deserves all the recognition for her kindness and effort!“

Service- kinda slow, todo Español so conversing was uhh
Atmosphere- cool country outdoor sitting area w country music
Burger- I mean. Ok it was good but for a "wagyu/smash" no its not upto par. No crust. Burger not much flavor but it was juicy. Overall 7/10. Imo*
I would come back if i was in the area but pjs eatery and hop doddy smash burgers im cypress would be my 1,2 choices w this #3.

“I'm 50 years old, and some of my fondest memories from my childhood have KFC in them. I, and my wife and daughter, love their food even now. There are absolutely, positively, no better fast food options better than KFC's 16-piece original recipe bucket with sides of mashed potatoes & gravy, secret recipe fries, mac & cheese, and cole slaw. The KFC from this store's drivethru has always been served fast, hot, and friendly. I could not recommend this KFC more.“

“I go to this Subway almost every day for lunch, and it never disappoints. Norma, the manager, is super friendly and always attentive—she keeps everything running smooth. My sandwich is always on point, exactly how I like it, every time. The place is clean, the staff is polite, and the service is fast. “This Burger King is in Cypress, TX NOT Katy! It is co-located with a Shell gas station and convenience store. Nice and clean with several wall-mounted flat screen TVs with the volume turned down so as not to be intrusive. You can take care of multiple needs with a single stop here!“

“Just wanted to drop a note and say the service was incredible. Placed an online order for my wife to pick up on her way home from work and she forgot. I went to go grab it but was 30/40 minutes late. I received a call from the staff letting me know the food had been ready for 30 minutes and were checking to see that I ordered at right location. Not only did they call but they also remade the sandwiches so they weren't soggy. Top notch all around and will keep us coming back frequently.“
