“The 2 ladies who worked the bar on 3/10/24 around 4:30 p.m. we're awesome. Super friendly and attentive without "bothering" you.The food was good. The salsa was a little spicy but it was good. I got the combo fajitas and they were good too. I thought the swirl margarita needed more alcohol.....until I finished it. Overall, a good experience.“

“We went later on a Saturday night. About 7:45pm. We were able to be seated right away. Plenty of TVs to watch basketball if you like. Clean place although it smelled a little fabuloso when we first walked in.The food really hit the spot. I got the combo fajitas and the meat was perfection. And the onions! Also grilled to perfection. Loved the salsa. Spicy but not so spicy you can’t eat it without needing a tall glass of water. Queso was so-so but loved the black bean bowls. I will definitely go back when I’m in Arlington again and will also be craving their food until I do.“

“The food was really good. I lived fairly close to this restaurant and never thought about having dinner here. I was invited, and thank sweet 7lb baby Jesus! The food was great, service was awesome, tortillas tasted homemade, salsa was good, and the beers were cold. If you don't know, Now you know! So go!!! Stop reading this review and go now.“

“Out of this world ? Tex-Mex that will lift your spirits ?❤️?? Exquisite woodwork in the railing, gorgeous handmade lighting, and unique artwork. The atmosphere is light and festive. Timothy was our server. He was more like our guide at a joyous fiesta ???? His cheerful and helpful persona was like finding gold. I was at an orientation for a job for 12 hours and my husband and I so appreciated his helping us have a top notch dining experience. The only negative thing about it was really not any fault of the restaurant, but the noise level from the other patrons was way out of hand. I was told that it's usually even crazier than that on the weekends, so eardrums and spinal cords beware.“

She’s very professional and patient. My husband and I visit this location often have had issues with our order not being correct a few times. but without fail Amanda always comes to fix the problem. “Based on my “the best Mexican restaurants have Mexican names” theory, I decided to have lunch here. I was a little surprised to see only one couple dining but I wanted to give them a chance. The staff was attentive and I was seated immediate. Chips and salsa soon arrived. The salads was very tasty but was not hot.I ordered the 3 street tacos plate with rice and beans. I would have liked to see more meat in the tacos. The food was good and I cleaned my plate. The waitress had brought out two salsas in squeeze bottles but they were watered down and were not good. The food was good and I would return to try something else.“

“Bean dip, while simple , is so wonderful. We can't get enough. Casual but upscale. Small bar area, no loud music so can enjoy conversation, outdoor eating is so enjoyable when weather cooperates. We enjoy the Pollocon Champinones.Like the rice pilaf , its light, fluffy not dry or sticky and has light veggies so texture and flavor is more enjoyable, as not a fan of bland Mexican rice that's added like a default but no care or thought put into the rice. Not a fan of the Chimichanga, but may be personal preference. It's my son's gonto and my old go to. Not terrible, just not an item I get when dining at glorias.Have not had any dessert, so no comments on that, nor the alcohol drinks.Would recommend Glorias anytime.Vegetarian options: Can substitute protein with vegetarian options. Yuca, beans etc vegetarian.“

“Great customer service as we walked in! Not only delicious food, but flavorful and full of good spices. I don't like charro beans, but I tried these because people said they are good and they are PHENOMENAL. I don't know what they do differently to this recipe, but so good. I got chicken fajitas and they were excellent. The only complaint I have is that I don't like store bought tortillas, with such great Mexican food you could totally elevate the experience with homemade tortillas. My husband had the chimichanga beef and he said it is one of the best he has had. Both our meals came with guacamole which was super fresh.Great restaurant if you want quick and good food!“

“A calm relaxing place to sit back after a long walk around Downtown Mansfield. They have a patio with plenty of space for people to sit outside when the weather is beautiful. Just keep in mind to have patience for the waiters as they are a bit occupied when it comes to rush hour. The waiters are the best and I love their attendance and nice conversations, a perfect 100. The corn tortillas are homemade and are deliciosos. A plate i must recommend y’all is the “Chilaquiles de Pollo”, a must dish that you should try and you won’t regret it.“

“My wife and I went here for the first time this evening. The salsa was great even though it’s chilled. She got the Morgan plate (three enchiladas-beef, cheese, chicken) and I got the carne asada. She liked all three enchiladas (she normally doesn’t like at least one). The carne asada was very tender and had good flavor. For dessert, I got the blackberry cobbler which was excellent. We will definitely come back. Our server was attentive and kind as well.“

“Being from San Diego, I had received a lot of warnings about TexMex. Y’all the food was so good! It was comparable to what I’m used to in sit down restaurants. But with a unique Texas twist on the flavors. We ordered chips and queso, the chimichanga, enchiladas montanados and sopapillas. The rice and beans were phenomenal. I could actually taste the seasonings in the rice! We ordered takeout but I think we’ll dine in next time.“

“I've been to a few different Torchy's locations, but the Mansfield location was the best one I've been to. It was super clean and had a fun atmosphere. The staff was also very friendly, Jessica came by to check on us and was super nice. I got the chips and queso and a chicken burrito bowl. Everything tasted super fresh and delicious. “Great value. For a higher end experience at other places you will pay much more. But at this restaurant the food is worth what you pay for. I got Horchata and it came in a very large cup so I didn’t have to ask for a refill. The people are nice and make sure you have what you need. I would love if they added a salsa bar or at least some additional options for salsa.“

“We were thrilled to try another Pappas restaurant. We have Pappadeux at home but was able to try Pappasito’s on our trip to Arlington. So freaking good. My husband who loves Uncle Julio’s said his steak fajitas (Jalisco style) at Pappasito’s was definitely the best!“

“Shady part of town getting there being on Lancaster, but don't let that discourage you. THE best tamales I've ever had in my life and I'm a tamale/ Mexican food snob. Chips and salsa are on point and the corn tortillas are nothing like you've ever had before! Again, I'm a tamale snob and a Mexican food snob. You will NOT be disappointed!Kid-friendliness: Don't let the neighborhood discourage you. Very safe environment!“
“Very good tacos. Al pastor is carved off the spinner al estilo CDMX... crispy and delicious. Barbacoa is very flavorful too although a little fatty for my taste. Comes with roasted onion, pineapple, and serrano as well as typical raw onion/cilantro. Also the green sauce is so good...will def order again. Thanks!“

“I love the food here, I regularly get the Sapo chicken plate & my husband likes the tostadas from here, his favorite. I have tried other dishes that are yummy too. They also have good cocktails & traditional virgin drinks too. The wait depends on how much staff to customers there’s but it is worth the wait. When you see a bunch of hispanic customers & staff, it is always a good sign that you’ll get traditional good food, not Americanized Mexican food. The staff, does know English (or enough) & can take care of your needs. We pick this food over PaPasitos and other over priced food establishments because the food speaks for itself & it’s also reasonably priced. The decor is cute but I wouldn’t say it is a great “Insta” place unless you are a food capturer to make others drool, their heart goes in to their food & drinks. I like that they have a billiards hall & bar next door, if we wanted to we can just go right next door for a good time and keep our drinks coming. :) It’s not hard to find parking normally, probably because it is kind of a “hidden treasure.”“

“My bestie wanted to eat Mexican food and it's been 9 years since I have had this place. My bestie thought we were going to a chain...nope...drove right past the chain and said wait until you taste this hole in the wall food place...AUTHENTIC, DELICIOUS, MADE FROM SCRATCH...He said it was delicious...I haven't been able to taste or smell for the last 2 years but my memories would not let me forget this place. He was very pleased. If you want authentic, made from the heart food, give this place your money! Will not disappoint!“

“This place is my go to place. It's so good. But I've only had the Randy Fries and Mango Margarita. They are delicious. The salsa and chips are also really good. The service is great. Very attentive. I would definitely go back. Randy fries has steak, jalapeños and some type of sauce that is amazing. This is my first review but this is my 4th or 5th time within a couple months coming here LOL. I always forget. Try it out if you're in the area.“

“La Isla provides an all-around comfortable experience in that it's never crowded or noisy and you will NEVER have to wait for a table, but it's a cut above fast food. I absolutely love their cheese enchiladas con carne and their rice and beans, but they also have great tamales and flautas. Everything is always piping hot and fresh--oh, and they have great chips and salsa too!The servers are very friendly and do very well to keep drink glasses filled and plates cleared. If you want to linger, that's fine; but if you want to get in and out quickly but want something a little better than a run-of-the-mill fast food joint, La Isla is for you.“

“Great place to meet a friend for lunch and networking. We were there a while and the staff was very attentive throughout our visit. They also have a nice room with several options for private parties up to 100 guests and even have live music some Fridays after 530pm. The manager Carlos is who to call for scheduling, he is awesome!Had the shrimp enchiladas with poblano sauce super good with a slight kick! (I forgot to take the pic, my bad, next time, tho!)“

“Today I had a wonderful time at On the Border in Bedford. I met the bartender Andi, the manager Casey, and also a young lady who I believe is a server named Savannah. Andi gave incredible service and made me feel like a regular. The manager, Casey, I believe, was very friendly and stayed busy helping her staff most of the night by bussing tables and checking on guests. I plan on coming back to this location regularly. I plan on returning next week and hope to see them again. Thanks for having such great staff.“

“Took my kids here for lunch, paid $30 total (not including tip), which I found very reasonable considering the atmosphere and service I received. On a recommendation from my waitress Christina I had some kind of brisket enchilada that I really enjoyed, and my kids both enjoyed their food, too. I would say El Fenix is the classiest tex mex place I've visited.“

“I recently dined at Mexican Inn restaurant that flawlessly blends TexMex flavors with top-notch customer service and a cozy atmosphere. The warm hospitality and attentive staff set the tone for a delightful experience. The flavorful TexMex dishes and quick drink refills added to the positive vibe. The lack of crowd meant we were seated immediately, enhancing the relaxed atmosphere. Overall, it was a memorable dining experience that I'll definitely revisit for more delicious TexMex dishes.“

“Went for our 32nd anniversary. Our first date my husband brought me to Campo Verdes. The food is great. This restaurant has always been one of our favorite places. Our server seemed forgetful and a little slow and/or distracted. The margaritas were good and my fajitas were awesome.“
