There are even dairy free horchata syrups to take home! We really thought Austin would have more a plant-based scene, and honestly we were left wanting. “We worked with Rhonda for our wedding cake and she was so helpful! She made suggestions as we picked flavors for the tasting and the cupcakes were super cute!! We ended up picking 2 flavors to serve at the wedding: vanilla cake with raspberry filling and rose frosting, and rosemary cake with strawberry filling and vanilla frosting. Rhonda was super communicative, answered all of my questions, and coordinated delivery to the venue. All of our guests loved the cake - it was beautiful and tasted so good!“

“I ordered myself a cake for my birthday. They were so easy to find when I typed in "Vintage Heart Cakes" on google. Even better, they had pictures and pricing on their website! The website allowed me to pick colors for my cake and there was a spot for me to type in more clarifying details I wanted for my cake. After that all I had to do was choose a pickup date/time and click "order" and pay! It was so easy!

The week of my birthday I decided I wanted a different color for my cake, I emailed them about 5 or 6 days before pick up and they were so quick in getting back to me on my color choices and told me it wouldn't be a problem at all.

I had my husband pick up the cake for me and they gave him a cookie while he waited! The vintage heart cake was everything I had wanted AND more because they added even more detail than I anticipated on the top of the cake. I was so pleased with the cake; it's the prettiest thing ever and I held it up in so many of my photos with friends at my party. Everybody loved it and we enjoyed it later that evening with a small group (about 10-12 people). I ordered a small vintage heart strawberry cake which came with a strawberry jam filling; it was delicious and moist!

10/10 cake on ease of ordering, easy pickup, beautiful decoration, and great taste! Would love to order from them again in the future. Thank you for making a 36th birthday girl so happy!“

“My family and I had a great experience at Russell's on Hancock. We went around 11:30 am on a Saturday for brunch. We were able to find a park, although the lot is small. Everything from the bakery looked fantastic, but my girlfriend and I settled on splitting a cinnamon roll and a BLT. Both were a 10/10. We also ordered a cold brew and an iced vanilla latte.

This place was excellent, and I've already been back again since my first visit. I would definitely recommend it. The staff there are also very friendly.

The staff I worked with on my initial call was professional, courteous and went above and beyond to create what I needed. I met Kellie when I picked my cookies up and immediately felt like a friend in her shop. Kellie offered me a cookie to sample, and oh my it was delicious. My General Manager was over the moon about the cookie presentation, wrapping and attention to detail. The Board of Directors gave rave reviews to their gift. We had to reschedule our big wedding for July 2021, but she still made us a cake for our minimony on our original wedding date of June 2020 and we were so grateful for that. We finally got to have our big celebration and she put together a dreamy dessert spread for us -- a modern bride’s cake, a realistic drum groom’s cake (my husband is a band director and he was so excited about his cake), mini cupcakes in four flavors and two kinds of cookies. It looked beautiful and tasted delicious -- guests were telling me how much they enjoyed the sweets and wanted to know where they were from. The cherry on top is that Olga is one of the sweetest people and kindest small business owners in town. It’s now been a decade of me enjoying her treats, and I look forward to enjoying more of them for other special milestones in the future.
