“I recently came here to reserve food, and it was a great experience! We started with margaritas, which were honestly some of the best I’ve ever had—so refreshing and perfectly made. Our server, Binju, was wonderful. She patiently answered all our questions and made excellent recommendations.
Binju suggested the parrillada, and I ordered it with shrimp and sausage. It was amazing—full of flavor and cooked perfectly. We also tried the chimichangas based on her suggestion, and they were delicious! Crispy on the outside and tasty inside, I really enjoyed them.
The service was quick and attentive, and Binju was very patient with us throughout the meal. Although today wasn’t happy hour, we’ll definitely be back soon to enjoy that and try more dishes. Highly recommend!“

“I hadnt been in this place in a while. came in and found out that the manager had retired which was a bummer she was very nice attentive and friendly. Whomever they put in her place needs training on how to treat customers she was very rude but friendly to what I assume were regulars It took about ten minutes to get my first drink after that I was not acknowledged at all. Needless to say I will not return.“

“Overall we had a great time not just with the environment and the food and drinks, but our waiter was friendly and joined our conversation without forcing himself. The food was great but I would have liked a substitute option for part of my sides but also understand the pairings.“

“Very impressive for an airport restaurant. Generally speaking, food and service are similar to their regular restaurant locations which seems to never be the case with airport restaurants. They have gone out of their way to keep a solid menu and a full bar as well as the feel of a restaurant that is a luxurious escape from the hustle and bustle upstairs. Highly recommended.“

“Absolutely love the pizzas here!! The unique variety they offer takes pizza to the next level. I do have 3 issues pertaining to service though. 1. We had to ask for a couple specific pizzas to be brought to our table because they hadn't been offered while others were brought multiple times. 2. They don't inform you of their auto-gratuity policy when checking in for your reservation, nor upon giving you the bill. I would have expected better service when you're predetermining your own tip. 3. We also were asked to vacate our table for the next reservation while we were still actively spending money on after dinner drinks. These are all simple fixes on their end and I hope they can communicate better in the future.“

“I'd admit I'm quite a food snob, but I grew up with a chef as a stepdad cooking in Midtown Manhattan and I can't help it. I'm like Bourdain's lost child or something. 🤷
But now, living in DFW for a decade,searching high and low for great, salt of the earth Mexican cuisine -honestly this is the best in DFW.
You get more than you paid for in service and quality and best of all the place is unassuming.
Coming sporadically for 10 years, the quality never fails.
The only thing I see that can improve is the lighting...it's a little too dark in the restaurant.“

“After a 10hour flight from Spain to DFW airport I was tired and wanted something delicious with a 3hour layover wait. I walked in and received excellent service my drink Jack Daniel’s straight on the rocks my meal Shrimp and Scallops pasta was phenomenal . My waiter was very attentive and kind I wasn’t rushed out after my meal so it was an absolute pleasure being there. Wish we had a good Pappadeaux restaurant near me in Michigan.“

“Very good!!! We got a combo and added an extra on of grab with the HAWT GARLIC BUTTER SAUCE and let me tell you… so flavorful and very hot. Prices are cheaper than other places I noticed. My margarita was strong and not too sweet and also very decently priced! Y’all have got to go try this place. Our server was Chloe and she was very attentive and sweet. ❤️10/10 will recommend!“

“Love the Volstead vibe! So nice to have an option that ISN'T the typical, run-of-the-mill dining experience with boring menu items. From the decor and atmosphere to the food and drink, they hit the target in offering a unique and memorable guest experience. The service is top-notch. “It is located in the DFW Sheraton. It's just off the lobby, so there were a lot of folks walking past our table. They did have e a few tables up nrmear the bar, and we probably should have sat there. The good was very good, and the server was fantastic.“

“Staying at the Hilton this week. Stopped in to this location for a quick bite and drink. Johnny was behind the bar and was genuinely excellent! Very attentive, kind, not pushy, and a wizard behind the bar. The best pomegranate cosmo I have ever had. Perfectly balanced and the pour was perfect! HIGHLY recommend stopping in to see Johnny.“

“We stopped here to grab some food on the way to the cidercade because I'm a nerd about my games.
The menu is big enough to have options nit small enough to not be overwhelming. We ordered the steak quesadilla and the birria tacos. Everything was DELICIOUS!
The prices were very fair. We stopped in here on a whim and now its a spot we must try again!“

“Wonderful food my husband and I frequent this place however my last experience tonight, was bad the staff is rude and unprofessional. One team member in general was cussing the whole time we dined in bashing the place tell another customer he liked working here because it was never busy and he could do what he wanted. That was all after I asked for my sauce on side as to not make my biscuit soggy (which I know happens from experience) he said it won’t get soggy but whatever.“

Try the Grandma’s Pizza and the Wikki Chicken Pasta, and enjoy the live piano music. Finally, tip well—or don’t go.“
