“Great local Boba place! I dont have to drive all the way into greenville or rockwall for Boba anymore. The drinks were fantastic and the service was friendly. I did, however, find the menu to be a little confusing with sparse descriptions and I had to ask a lot of questions to decipher what I wanted... but overall, a great experience with quality Boba products.“

“We drove in from San Antonio to visit Lindy owner of Southern Grace store also in downtown Royce City. Lindy mentioned we should go over to Joe’s Meat Market. We had lunch & found our favorite sausage. We’ll be back. 👍“

“This place is great! It has a relaxed vibe, and fast service. The staff are friendly. And the food is very good. I had the Hash me I’m Irish. They do it right. Many places use corned beef hash like you can buy canned at the grocery store. Here is is the real deal. They also make their own hot sauce, that is so flavorful!“

“Great place to grab breakfast...food was good and portions matched the reasonable prices..but the service was definitely the star of the show...Sarah, our server, was attentive and always had smile on her face. The atmosphere friendly and inviting.“
