“My first winery experience when taking a friend out for her birthday. Peggy, our pourer, was excellent!! She was so friendly and really made the visit fun. Good staff is everything. The owner was a very nice guy who we chatted with before we left. Very welcoming place. Nice but casual. I’m more a brewery girl but I’ll definitely go back here. I liked the Rarity and Zin the best wine wise. And I recommend Mrs. Peggy if she’s working! 😎“

“Wicked Voodoo Espresso at Canyon Lake was awesome! I love the little shed coffee shop vibes. It perfectly fits the atmosphere. The latte was delicious and the service was friendly. “We stumbled into Devil’s Backbone Tavern on our way out of Blanco and ended up having an absolute blast. After checking out the history on their website, I realized we were sitting in one of the oldest taverns in Texas — and apparently one of the most haunted too! The beer was ice cold, the music was great, and the whole place had such a fun, laid-back vibe. Everyone seemed to be having a good time. I especially loved all the quirky decor and character of the place. Definitely one of those spots that makes a trip memorable.“
