“Nothing against the crew that handled our order, they did great and I have nothing bad to say about them... BUT.... My order was initiated through the app, as a pickup. I placed the order around 3 pm with a set pickup time of 730 pm. I verified this 3 or 4 times through the app before confirming the order. Apparently the order was made when it came into their system and was put into a waiting bin for 3 HOURS!! Luckily the order was thrown away before I showed up, BUT this should never have happened in the first place. Who wants to eat a sandwich that has been sitting for hours? Specifically in the case of my order which were 3 hot sandwiches? Bad management. AGAIN, I will reiterate, the crew members that prepared my order (fresh), did an awesome job, and I compliment them on how they handled the situation.“
