“I visited this location on 8/16/26 @ around 7pm the server taking my order was having trouble hearing me due to intercom not working properly. Niy Niy came out to take my order and had to use her personal cell phone to note down everything. This young lady went above and beyond to be sure I got my order done right. I honestly believe this employee should be recognized and given a raise plus an extra two weeks vacation. She put in extra effort to make sure I as a customer got my order as I was asking. Employees like this are hard to find and should be compensated for their work ethic and doing everything possible to make sure customers revisit. This location needs to supply working equipment so employees can do their duties easily.“

“I went to get some gelato earlier today and was greeted by the most lovely lady, I believe her name was Suri. She scooped my gelato with ease and formed it into a rose like no other. It looked so real I tried to sniff it instead of lick it LOL😂 suri had the most amazing customer service and treated me like family. I defiantly will be coming back and requesting suri to scoop my gelato!“

“I would love to gatekeep this place but I feel like the cat is out of the bag. The owner is incredibly humble and the nicest person I have ever met (even while attending a very busy establishment). Long wait times are sometimes/often an occurrence but we're no quitters and it's worth it. Corn in a cup or on the cob are the best! The raspados are also good especially the natural flavors like the home made Tamarindo flavor. Highly recommend, every visit even with the wait times are 10/10.“

I especially like that they rotate flavors every week because there's always something new to try. The changing menu keeps it interesting and gives me a reason to come back and see what's next.

“3 / 5 ⭐️stars due to poor customer service Curlys has become one of our favorite spots for an ice cream (custard) treat or a chili dog. The past two times we have come (in as many weeks) we have received subpar service…..tonight it was actually rude. My husband walked to the window to pick up our order and was greeted with ‘What do you want/why are you here’ . He is too nice to say anything and just explained he was there to pick up our chili dogs (we placed the order online). While eating our dessert, my spoon broke, so I walked up to the window to get a new spoon and the young woman who slid the door open hurriedly and asked me ‘what do you need ma’am”. I was truly shocked at her tone and the choice of words. After a few seconds I revived and told her ‘that was an interesting to ask if you can help a customer’. She gave me the spoon and screamed out the name for the next person. I asked what her name was before we left and found out her name was Michelle. Not sure of the woman‘s name who spoke to my husband rudely.“

“I’ve come here many times because I live 1 minute away. I’ve come when it’s jam backed and when it’s been empty. The staff is always hard working! Though some might be young and a little new to the service industry, they are hard working and always give me better service than would be expected for a fast food establishment. The managers often appear on the floor and are working hard alongside their employees. I try not to eat out much, and I try to eat healthy, but this Braums is run so dang well! I’ve come here over 50 times now and I gotta say, I’m not stopping! Cheers to every single worker at this location“

“My wife & come to the drive thru here pretty often. We usually are just getting a shake ,& a malt. Very often, after patiently waiting behind several cars we are told to pull forward & wait for our order, even when there is no one behind us. It's irritating because they are probably just playing games with the timer that measures their speed at the drive thru. Their food is good but service at the drive thru is like McDonalds.

Update- It appears there has been a change in management & personnel. Our last several trips have been quite pleasant. All the frowning people are gone, replaced by people that seem to care. I'm upping my rating from 3 to 5 stars.“

“This place is real find. It has popsicles that are just as good or better than the gourmet pop shops at a third or less of the price. It is not as "nice" as the high style, high design pop shops as it is mostly a wholesale store, used to supply the guys who sell pops out of their bikes. But why pay 300% more for decor? La Flor's pops are fresh, made in Fort Worth, with great natural flavors and real ingredients. Highly recommended for folks who want a high quality treat for a great price.“

“Clean and everything in its place. When we approached the front the only person there was fixing an order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. (And to be fair it's kinda open to interpretation even on the internets) so I kindly explained what he wanted and we were rung up for another.Very well done btw. Thanks again.
