“I ordered a veggie sandwich and I thought I checked no cheese because I’m vegan. I went to open up the sandwich and saw cheese as an ingredient so I went to ask did cheese come standard on the sandwich, and it did. I said, “ awe man I’m vegan” and the young man immediately said don’t worry we can remake it without cheese! I was so happy and delighted with the excellent customer service and kindness! “Great home cooked food! We were wanting something not fast food and remembered Lizzi's. Our first time here and won't be the last. The lasagna was amazing! Tasted like it was made with Italian sausage to add that extra spice. Salad was very fresh. Cold sandwich on the croissant was also very good! Reasonable price for a good hot meal. My mom and I agreed we could have split the lasagna and salad, big portions. Yum!“
“It’s Friday afternoon about to be 4 pm and the team working today is a Friday vibe. Gentleman at the register greeted me like we are gym buddies, he knew his stuff! Says he’s been here 4 years I hope he’s running the place as he seems to be enjoying every minute. Young lady making art with the deli was knowledgeable as I clearly had no idea what to get and patient. Then we had the grill master in the back although quiet I could see he knows his stuff as I too have worked many grills before. Cooking it just right as to not overcook and dry out the meats. To be honest I have only tried it but I’ll be back as this team is fantastic. Hope they are rewarded for the efforts.“
“This Lebanese, Greek and Mediterranean Restaurant is delicious. It's hard to find this kind of food as scrumptious. Ive tried to find other places as good closer to where I live but they don't exist. I'll have to make the drive but it's worth it. Customer service is exceptionally great. When I was pregnant, I couldn't get enough of this place. Now the two year old still loves his pockets and cookies. Since it's a healthier option I'm glad he likes it so much.“

“Today was my first time to ever eat from this restaurant. I’ve lived in Fort Worth for 30 years so I know it’s a local favorite. The few times I’ve come in to pick up deliveries for DoorDash. It has smelled so good.I don’t have a lot of money. In fact, I’m full on, broke and struggling, but I wanted a treat , So I picked up a 4 inch cheesesteak sandwich. I didn’t see what I was getting until I got home. This is got to be the smallest inch sub I’ve ever seen. I was too hungry and tired to drive back over so I ate it. It was tasty it just that I was able to get it down in two bites. $7.48 with tip I spent for this little thing. Very disappointed.**Update- I went in to the restaurant today to show them this picture. I asked if I could have a discount on another sandwich. They were very accommodating and gave me a 10 inch sub for the price of a 7 inch sub. I think their Philly cheesesteak sandwich is awesome. Very tasty! I appreciate their willingness to accommodate.Stick with the 7 inch sub, though. That’s plenty for one person :).“

I LOVE Soup and their menu pulled me in.I asked around, and they have FANS of their Broccoli Cheese Soup. I HADto check it out ! “Man this location is a classic Schlotsky's. Unlike in Austin and San Antonio where many of the shops are connected to a gas station or modernized to the point of being an alternate self, if this makes since, this location is unchanged. “Cannot recommend this location highly enough! The manager went out of his way to save our Thanksgiving. We have been buying hams for holidays there for years, and they are far more delicious than anything you'd get elsewhere. This year, there was a small mix up on our order from a simple oversight during the bustle, and the manager called me personally two days before the holiday on what must be one of their busiest days to set things right. Hard to find that level of customer service anywhere. Buy a ham, be a hero.“

“I order from this location numerous times a week when I forget (or am too lazy) to pack a lunch to bring to work.. they are super friendly and their delivery drivers are on point.Sometimes by the time I get off the phone they are delivering less than 5 minutes later. The JJs by my house needs to take note. Food is always good and bread never stale. Just wish they would extend their delivery hours especially on weekends. If you don't call it in before 4pm they can't deliver.“

“I had Subway when it first came out years ago and it used to feel the sandwiches I've gotten so used to Subway not feeling the sandwich if it's Philly steak or roasted chicken I really am vegan but every so often I break down but I'm only going to Harris hospital to be admitted we stopped off at the subway in Harris hospital. I was truly amazed I order a Philly steak the staff just piled it all on including olives and a few other little things onions and bell peppers and I would no matter where I'm at in this country I will come back to this Subway anytime that I crave a Subway and bypass on the ones that are skipping on everything but this Subway is the greatest in the world in Harris hospital otherwise known as Texas Health they are just fantastic and if they want to know anymore they can leave me a message here or give me they can ask me for my phone number I recommend this restaurant over any restaurant in the hospital District or in Fort Worth Texas I don't care what it is that Philly steak was the best sandwich to have eaten in over 40 years. By the way I had purchased some cookies too chocolate chip dark chocolate and the cheesecake cookie well worth the price.
