“We ordered delivery for office meeting at our plumbing company here in Forney. The food was great, but what was even more impressive is they missed a call from us, called us back to make sure we were taken care of, and apologized they didn't get my phone call due to being busy. On top of that, 2 brownies and a bag of chips were missing, I told him it was okay he could refund it. The manager brought the missing items personally to our company and apologized in person. Customer service is everything, we all make mistakes but it is what you learn from it and how you make it right. They will continue to get our repeat business!“

“There are two subways near my job. One is a quarter mile away, one is 4 miles away. I drive by the first one to go to the one that’s further away simply so I can be at the one where Liz is making my sandwich. Don’t ever get rid of Liz, she’s awesome.“

“Great experience coming to this location. The server / meal prep staff were friendly, the items used for the sandwhich were fresh, and the seating and tables were clean. Overall, I would recommend coming here for a great ssandwich and a great experience.“

“We were given a wait time of 25-30 minutes, but were seated in less than 10-15 minutes. In a Saturday night, that is pretty good. The waitress was great. Normally, they'd bug you every 2 minutes asking if you need anything or the complete opposite and you're looking for the waiter/waitress to serve you & they're nowhere to be found. The food is always amazing, so of course we'll be back. With it being cool/cold outside, they had options to go on a heated patio. That's very considerate and comforting to customers & the employees.“

“This was my very first visit to Jersey Mike’s, and at first I was honestly nervous. As soon as I saw the prep area and how many hands each sandwich passed through, I was scared and almost walked out without ordering. With celiac disease, cross-contamination is always a serious concern for me, and most restaurants don’t take it as seriously as they should. But the team working around 5:30p yesterday (08/16), absolutely amazed me. Before I even had to ask, they explained their entire process for handling gluten safely. They changed gloves, opened new lettuce, and prepared everything with such care and confidence. It was clear they were educated about cross contamination and took every precaution. What impressed me even more was their attitude — they weren’t just careful, they were genuinely happy to do it. In this day and age, it’s sad that more restaurants don’t take these steps, but Jersey Mike’s truly stood out. I left feeling my food was safe, cared for, and extremely impressed. I'll definitely be coming back and recommending this location to others!“
