“Traveled from Belton Texas to Fort Worth and while I was there, I tried Dave’s hot chicken last night and the service was absolutely wonderful. The manager was top tier! She was so friendly and made sure we were well taken care of for our very first time trying! We will be back thank you“

“Southern hot chicken is not an easy find in Canada so I knew I had to try some while down south, even though it's not essentially Texan food. Glad I ended up at HCK because they do it right! I was at a fork between the chicken and waffles and the mac bowl but decided on the mac. It was such an awesome dish. The mac was thick, creamy and cheesy just the way it should be. The chicken was juicy and the sauce was flavourful. I'm usually not a fan of inventive macs because other sauces can corrupt the cheese sauce but these actually went together spectacularly. Service was fine too.“

“Was nervous to bring in my 6 kids for the free meals, but the staff was SO NICE and the service was AMAZING and they were joyful to serve us! I will definitely always support and recommend this business that gladly helped me in a time of need! The pictures are blurry, but the kids meals even came with a pickle and a cookie!“

“I was hesitant at first since I had a bad experience at a Lisa’s a couple years ago, but this Lisa’s is like no other. Chicken was just what you’d expect but their extra sides are where it’s at!! Pizza pocket, corn nugs, and corn dogs were crazy good! Also get Gravy snd mashed potato’s and it makes everything 1000x better. Will be adding this to the regular spots to come back to.“

“I don’t know what business can afford to turn down a $25 order because their customer asked for 5 wings and 5 legs but THIS ONE just did and the cashier and cooks thought it was funny. I used to love this place even the one that used to be on Berry but they lost my business today with their lazy employees!“

“This is the “ONLY” Lisa’s Chicken I will eat at ! I used to work around the corner from them, and went there quite often, so much that they knew me by name !! “Love, Raising Cane's Chicken mine and my Daughter's favorite place. We usually get th Canyake 4 pice box. But this last time. We got the 6 pice and shared it . Of course with extra fries crispy no coleslaw and extra toast. Oh my the chicken is always crispy, juicy and delicious, with the cane sauce, fries golden and the toast is lite and airy. My recent visit was enjoyable, and impressed with the Customer Service experience as always. But my most overall enjoyable moment was getting to spend time with my Daughter at or favorite place.“

“Man when I say this tarter sauce with the hot sauce had me in a choke hold!!! The catfish is my go to but everything is good foreal. And the Ice is snow cone ice or shaved ice. I'm not sure but I'm an ice lover and that was the cherry on top foe me. The kids like to grab dinner and eat at candleridge Park. It's a vibe.“

“My family has eaten at this establishment for years now. We do not eat there frequently since we live about 30-40 minutes away but it's my son's favorite chicken place so we go as often as we can. The food is always great, I cannot think of a single time we've ever had an issue. The staff has always been kind and attentive. However, today was a unique day. My son asked to eat there for his 6th birthday. Some hours have passed so I hope I am not misremembering the name but Caleb greeted us at the door and provided the best service I've ever had at a fast food establishment from beginning to end. As someone who has worked in the food industry and knows the workers typically do not get the recognition they deserve, I felt it was important to notify his manager and write this review. We are very grateful to Caleb and to Slims for a wonderful experience and my son especially enjoyed his birthday brownie!“

“Canes is always good. This location always gives me soggy chicken wich is very annoying. Especially when the piece is not low for any item on the menu. Costumer service about the same. It's cool but the whole vibe from. Food to dinning area and service it's just kinda soggy.“

“I love this chicken. If there is a Gus's in a city I visit, I will go there. It has a little kick to it that I love. Batter is a thin crispy style that I don't find often. Fried pickles are a favorite and I never pass on greens. I have been to 5 or6 Gus's and found the chicken to be the same awesome product.“
