“Clean and everything in its place. When we approached the front the only person there was fixing an order. It was a couple minutes before she finished what looked like a very delightful order for the couple ahead of us. My sons ordered a #9 takilocos and my daughter had a mangonada and there was a little confusion as to what a takilocos was supposed to be. (And to be fair it's kinda open to interpretation even on the internets) so I kindly explained what he wanted and we were rung up for another.Very well done btw. Thanks again. To start off, you could place your order at the kiosk and skip choosing the flavors, so that you can sample them first. I tried some of the different flavors and ended up choosing the pistachio (not the sorbet), the tiramisu, and the blueberry cheesecake. They were all so creamy and delicious. Definitely a place to check out!! It’s also the perfect thing to have while walking around the plaza.“

Update: I have to share this experience. So I has having a challenging day. It was a hot summer day in Texas. I took my family to grab an ice cream scoop at Braums through the drive through. That's when my car conked out! It literally died in the drive through. I got out and pushed it to an available parking spot. Next thing you know, a braums employee, a young man, offers to bring his small car and jumper cables!!! What? Who does that these days? Such a polite young man and so willing to help. He parked next to me and cabled me up. I don't recall his name, but I was very impressed. They will continue to get my business and I hope they give him a raise!“

“This place is real find. It has popsicles that are just as good or better than the gourmet pop shops at a third or less of the price. It is not as "nice" as the high style, high design pop shops as it is mostly a wholesale store, used to supply the guys who sell pops out of their bikes. But why pay 300% more for decor? La Flor's pops are fresh, made in Fort Worth, with great natural flavors and real ingredients. Highly recommended for folks who want a high quality treat for a great price.“

They are super nice too ! They are very helpful and understanding even though English maybe isn't their first language.. and we aren't the easiest to understand because we mumble alot probably..lol“

“My first time there the other day got some things and loved the ice cream I will be going back. But honestly the guy who served me could've made the experience better. I never been and wanted to try the and ice cream flavor ultimately it wasn't what I wanted and I ordered a mixer with Oreos and Reese's he looked at me crazy that I want getting the ice cream I tried. I told him Reese's and Oreo twice he then repeated the wrong mix again to which I corrected him and he finally said it correct and yet still have me the wrong mix he put m&Ms.“

“The food was great as always! We try and eat at a Braum's whenever we're close to one as we don't have one on our town. The ice cream was amazing! The only thing I'd say that wasn't top tier was the cleanliness. The booth we sat in had grooves or slats and there were huge chunks of food and tons of crumbs between them. That was nasty. They need to do a deep clean on those because I'm sure they haven't cleaned them in a while.“

While it would be extremely awesome to get ice cream direct from the Distribution Center Unfortunately they do that at this time maybe it's just wondering your opinion but the place is beautiful.“
