The owner made appointments with me prior to the event to see the set up area. He was accommodating to my food requests, and he delivered everything I asked for. His staff was professional and accommodating as well during the event. No problems, no drama, great food and everyone at the event said "delicious and amazing food." There service and food was worth every Penny and more. I had to tip them for a job well done. Last thing to say was their fish tacos were the best!!!! “This place is a gem! The staff is amazingly friendly and so patient and helpful while you try and decide which flavors you would like to try and the prices are super affordable. My family and I were treated so wonderfully on the first visit that we returned almost every evening for a week and a half and mind you, this location is about a 15 - to 16-minute drive for me. I will drive however far and pay however much for quality service! They even provided us a coupon for a free shaved ice because during one of our visits we experienced a small wait, personally I still felt the service was prompt but I most certainly appreciated the thoughtfulness and courtesy. Did I mention how delicious the shaved ice is? What I love about their shaved ice is that the syrups are not overpoweringly sweet. Their flavors, in fact, do not have that artificial taste to them that I have experienced at other locations. “The drinks are delicious & so reasonably priced! I have yet to try the coffee, but I don't have one doubt that I'll love it. The chocolate shake is pretty good, but don't expect a creamy icecream drink it's more icey, but still tasty. My favorite drink is the Eclipse Lemonade, it's my go-to anytime I want something refreshing. Also the employees are just phenomenal. They are always cheerful even when it's busy & they always ask if I want a pup cup if my dog is in the car. On a busy day service can take a little long, but it's always worth it.“

I got to speak with the owner and he told me about how he grew up in the area and opened the restaurant to give back to the community he loves. They also have a simulator room that allows you to play golf, football, soccer, and dodge ball. “The Commissary is located in the space formerly occupied by Wing Station on Sienna Parkway, adjacent to the Bean Here coffee shop. When Wing Station closed, the owner of Bean Here took over the lease, and changed it to the Commissary. They still serve wings, with some adjustments (if I recall, this is what the owner stated at the time). They also serve breakfast items including breakfast tacos and waffles.The owner is using the space for some experimentation, such as offering the kitchen to third parties. For example a couple of former staff members have started selling street tacos from the restaurant.The food is fresh and the breakfast and street tacos taste great. The waffles, which I think are the ones formerly sold by the waffle shop that was in Harvest Market, are fresh and fluffy.They have opened up the wall between Bean Here and the Commissary, making it easier to move between the two, for example to order your tacos and eat them at Bean Here. You can also order most menu items from the cashier at Bean Here.There is limited seating in the Commissary space, but you can use the Bean Here space or there are some tables outside.“
