My friend requesting the table has a walker/cane so obviously mobility challenged. Myself in a sling because I had a pacemaker placed Friday. Where in the world would you feel a Booth is appropriate in this situation? We are too old to slide in. We like to have a conversation and who wants to move 2 other people to go to the restroom? We were not asked what type of seating we preferred and were lead to the back of the restaurant. So to request appropriate seating would have lead to us being dragged thru the whole restaurant again. The food could have been 5 star which it was not and the whole dining experience was clouded by our seating arrangements. Please read or ask your customers.“

The only issue was we asked for half white bread and half rolls and only got bread. But that was the only misstep. Everything else was excellent. Everyone was more than pleased. “I’m not exaggerating when I say I’ve had a lot of barbecue, from San Antonio to Austin to Houston, and Rudy’s really impressed me. I know it’s a chain, but this was honestly some of the juiciest and most flavorful barbecue I’ve had.

The meat was tender, flavorful, and melted in your mouth. Even the turkey was succulent, which is not always easy to find at barbecue spots. The quality here was tremendous and easily compares with a lot of standalone barbecue restaurants.

“We're new to the neighborhood and looking for local places to eat. This was a 5 star experience. The place is shining and clean and cutely decorated! Your staff is friendly, good communicators, and contribute to a comfortable atmosphere. Menu is easy to read, choices are plentiful. We got two of the 2- meat platters for $16.99 each. Comes with 2 sides and a piece of texas toast. We tried the sliced brisket and turkey, potato salad, baked beans, and onion rings. Ate till we were stuffed and still took home a WOPPER of a takeout box. Sauces were perfection. One regular and one was sweet and tangy. Nice to have drinks with a refill station, as well as a huge cooler full of bottled and canned selections, pie, cheesecakes, cobbler, and more. I even saw a gluten free something. We will definitely be back time and time again. It was also great to walk through to the meat market next door! We have our new meat supplier!!! Such a great, although unexpected evening. Both gentlemen made my family and I experience worth more than we can afford. Mr. Philip assisted us once prior and has been amazing every visit. Mr. Ordacio acknowledged my family and I upon entrance and greeted us with a smile, before we settled into our seats he was there to greet and assist us. He even made my 2 year old smile and I asked do you like him, he smiled ear to ear and said yes. We will definitely becoming back and seeing these two gentlemen will make our visit that much more worth the while.“
