“I had a very good experience at this dickeys. The store was very clean and the crew was attentive and helpful. I ordered the rib plate with potato salad and green beans. Everything was fresh, the ribs were moist and tender, the sides were very good as well. I would return.“
“Came here this past weekend for my 6 year anniversary. We wanted to make sure the place we chose was going to have guaranteed great service so we had to stick with a Pappas restaurant! This was our first time at Delta Blues and we had such an unforgettable experience! Our server Chris was extremely attentive and made the best suggestions! He suggested the wings or the pork belly bites as an appetizer, so we went with the pork belly. The cherry cola glaze along with the crispy pork belly bites was a perfect start to get our pallets going. We also accompanied it with the frozen whisky smash and the smokin ace for our cocktails. The frozen smash was perfectly balanced and the mint was really coming through but not overwhelming. Smokin Ace did throw us off because we missed the wine ingredient that was listed on the description but to our surprise it was so smooth, sweet and well rounded. My favorite thing about the drink was the smoked cinnamon wood chips they use to infuse the glass. The smell lingered the whole time, I could not stop indulging in it. Chris made it easy for my husband to decide on how he should have his ribeye and man was he right. The simplicity of the salt and pepper for the steak here was outstanding. It was crispy on the outside and mouth melting. The steak didn’t need anything more! My chicken fried chicken was juicy and exactly what I was hoping for. I love that they have sweet carrots but the star of all sides is in fact the mac. The Mac n cheese is salted just right, so right and creamy that we ordered a second one! Out of all the Pappas restaurants, Delta Blues is our new favorite. We will be back and ask for Chris and try more of his personal favorite suggestions!“
“I don't think I can say enough good things. I grew up in the area and just came to visit family for a weekend. Everyone was raving about this place so we went to get a ton for everyone. Ribs... great, sausage... great, brisket... while I personally wish it had more fat on it, it was still great. Ham (I had to steal a piece of my meme's)... great. Got all of the sides I'm pretty sure and bbq sauce on the side. Everything was so good. Just getting out of the truck to walk up to this place you get a huge waft of deliciousness. One and only suggestion... serve your family platters with romaine lettuce in scoop/cup size chopped portions. Why you may ask? Because I did it with the left overs and tucked a little of everything into the lettuce and it was absolutely to die for. I wish I had pics but it all went faster than I could think to take any. *This is not calorie free but you deserve it*“
“I stumbled upon this hidden gem, I got ribs and brisket. Both were delicious, brisket was seasoned perfect, had a beautiful smoke ring and was very juicy and tender. Ribs were also really good, in my opinion they were perfect. The sauce I got with my order was fantastic. If you got a craving for bbq then stop by this place, you won't regret it.“
“This was fun experience and the food was amazing! Portions were good for minimal waste and there were lots of sauce options for cooking. We opted to get the Hot Pot and the BBQ, but you can certainly pick one or the other. We will definitely be going back! Also our waitress Sam was very attentive we enjoyed her service!“
“It was my first time trying Korean BBQ, and it was awesome! It’s $30.95 per person for dinner and it all you can eat. Tables can’t be occupied for longer than 2 hours. There’s a ton of different options to choose from and while we had our favorites, everything we had was delicious. We’ll definitely be back.“
“Stopped in from League City to grab lunch. 2 meat tray with 2 sides offered a ton of food for 2 to share. Sliced brisket was moist and well smoked. Well balanced bbq sauce is very tasty and just the right amount of vinegar and pepper. Mac n cheese was creamy and bbq beans were tasty! Homemade pickles were tart and crunchy. Abita root beer on tap was a nice surprise. Tasted my daughter's grilled cheese and the sharp cheddar made it a top notch grilled cheese. Kids meal is large and comes with either Mac n cheese or chips. Friendly service and atmosphere and definitely will return for more awesome food. Next trip I plan to try the Kat's Mac bowl.“
“We were so excited when this location was announced- it has a beautiful covered outside seating area with big ceiling fans to keep the air moving in the heat and is decorated with big tvs to watch your fav games . They also have chalk / big jenga and other activities to keep the kiddos entertained. My family and I have become regular's here - they often host events( trunk or treat's ) and competitions ( ugly sweater ) . I was skeptical of the quality of food they would have to offer when their kitchen opened but lemme tell you .. their fries are the BEST cooked in bone marrow and full of flavor perfect with a nice cold beer from the tap . Their krispy boi Pilsner is one of my personal favs - nice and light for the heat we experience. I really hope the community supports this business as it's a great addition to the Friendswood / Pearland area .“

“First time here wont be the last.I am freaked out about meat glue and lab grown meat and the man behind the counter assured me they dont play that nonsense there.We got 3lbs ground for a steal, sausage that was THE BEST we have ever had, and the most delicious boudin we have had in a long time!! Even though there are tons of cool decor around it all seemed to be dust free. I cant tell you as a new meat eater how happy I am to have found this spot! Stay out the the grocery store for your meats and come check this gem out!They apparently have weekly specials as well!Make this your new place!!“
“First, I've never been offered a sample of the BBQ upon entry, ever, before coming here. I don't know if the person serving us was the owner, but definitely had an owner mentality. The brisket is really good, and the sausage is pretty good as well. There was a problem with the fountain drinks, but they had cans out and readily available for what wasn't working. The dining room was just so so.“
“Got 2 lbs of sliced beef brisket and a few ribs. I'd give the brisket an 8 out of 10 and the ribs a 6.5 out of 10. Everything was great but you're definitely not going to save any money by going to this food truck... It was pricy in my opinion. I'd visit again in a pinch for the brisket?“
“Everything is usually great, but sometimes, when I get home & open my peach cobbler, it is nothing but a dried out crust with very little peaches or filling. One time, it was actually burnt crust. The person who waited on me this last time let me taste it first before I bought it. The banana pudding was not tasty at all. The one & only baked potato I got was so hard to the point that I couldn't even mix it.“

“Best bbq ever! Every time we come to Texas we make sure we stop at this location. Our go to meal is the 2 meat plate with moist brisket and sausage, creamed corn X2 as well as baked beans and a side of brussel sprouts. Lastly a side of burnt ends and big red to drink ?. It's usually enough for us to split. The line gets long so get there as soon as they open!*The brisket is sooo tender and juicy!“
“I've been to this establishment at least four times & have enjoyed it tremendously. My only issue was that my first two visits, I was allowed to buy to-go margaritas for one, but on my 3rd visit, I was told that wasn't allowed & I would have to buy a half gallon or gallon. When I called on a later date I was told I could buy the 20 ounce. I explained that I was told no, someone checked & found out they just hadn't gotten any stickers to cover the hole.“

“Came in to celebrate marrying my wife and had an absolutely amazing time! Great deals, came in for the early dine deal and it was fantastic. Heather was our server, highly attentive with refills on the rolls and drinks. I definitely recommend her to anyone who visits this location. Food came out cooked perfectly, both steaks cooked to the right temperature. Will be coming back!“
