“New review: I must say, on a Saturday morning with the drive through starting to do the usual wrap around and of course the bustle inside, all while the mobile app is down (due to Microsoft outage, which is currently still affecting not just some Starbucks locations but other businesses as well SCOTT!!!) A cheerful barista responded to a slightly pompous Scott took it upon himself to be the IT guy and with a "special Scott tone" and hearing the barista's calmness, knowledge, and respectful tone was AMAZING! She handled it very well and as I am sure Scott shall make his intelligence known somehow, I think it needs to be recognized how well someone did at handling a waste of time remark, move on Scott and speak to people face to face more it may help you more than you don't know.
Us Texans do not do cold well unless we want Starbucks!!
I must say they were amazingly, wonderfully, accommodating even while they risked getting home safely. So kind and I hope the technology can shut down so they can not have to drive when this refreezes.“
“I’ve never had a problem with this Starbucks other than today. They were closed with a paper sign on the door and the staff all sitting outside. I don’t blame anyone working there for it but I wish they’d have updated the open/closed status on Google Maps or even the Starbucks app. All it said was “unavailable for order ahead” which doesn’t really convey that the store is closed.“

“Starbucks wastes SOOO much on constant remodeling, which is far from being "green" or good to the earth.
Where's Greta Thurnberg now? Think of the landfills full of Starbucks construction debris and demolished cou enters and furnishings. This location has trashed the condiment counter, chairs, tables, and the whole service counter then installed a brand new custom built one with a virtual wind tunnel.
I'm still no fan of anyone at a counter asking for a tip BEFORE the service has been performed. What's the motivation to excel when they already have your money? The world is already nauseated at Americans' excessive tipping, which became out of control after covid.
They are clearly making enough money on their products to do unnecessary remodeling and filling the landfills, so if you can't pay your team's salaries, don't hit me up for a tip on a $6 cup of coffee.
I'll tip servers that actually hone the skill of service.
Update: in response to the "canned" superficial response.... your CEO and upper echelon of management don't care as long as they reel in their 6 and 7 figure incomes. There's no way such brilliant minds don't know common sense of wastefulness and entitled attitude towards tips (panhandling) and need or want my input. They don't care. They are just hoping no one calls them on it.“
“My daughter and I stopped by today after 2 soccer games. I ordered a Pistachio cold brew (and a few other items) and I have to say, it’s one of the best ones I’ve ever had!!! Not only the flavor was perfect but the lovely barista was outstanding!! I will make sure I will stop by here again. Top notch service!!!“
“The lady who worked the drive through today at around 440pm was such a pleasure to deal with. She was polite and friendly. She had two French braids I didnt catch her name but she really gave me a great experience. Definitely reward her with something. Good employees are valuable and she's one of them.“

No line to order and a quick order purchase process when using the app. A little disappointed the drink we ordered was not complete due to a shortage of a specific ingredient. The barista handled this issue in the beginning and set the expectation clearly. Excellent job!! Thank you“
“I’m tellin ya, this is the best Starbucks in the country. Every single employee is friendly and I swear they make drinks faster than any other Starby’s. When I do a mobile order, I place it when I turn into the parking lot and it’s ready when I walk in the door. And my orders are complicated! ?Best. “The drinks were good, except for the Mocha Cookie Crumble Frappuccino, which was mostly foam, making it difficult for my daughter to drink through a straw. The place was crowded at the time, and we could hardly find seating to enjoy our drinks as a family. In the future, we have decided it would be better to visit another Starbucks location before going to Stonebriar Mall.“

“I really want to take this time to highlight the staff. Everyone here is nice and helpful and willing and ready to fit your needs what ever they may be. I had to finish up some last minute work after getting off at my second job. I stopped by and asked for a cup of Ice. To my surprise, CiCi was willing and ready to serve just that. Not only was she willing to serve it to me, she asked if I wanted water, or just the ice. I got just the ice and cooled down, and after I asked her if there were any non-coffee items that they have. She not only gave me the items that were available but also gave me her personal recommendations based on some of the things that I liked. It was refreshing to be treated with much care and respect as a guest, and it meant a lot to me. I got her personal Strawberry Creme recommendation, and it was delicious I will definitely be coming back after such a great experience. : )“

“This particular Starbucks is drive through or walk up only and it is surprisingly very fast even when the line is long! It’s my go to because it’s on the way to work but also because I know they won’t add too much time to my commute.This particular time I went unfortunately, even though I took a couple sips, the drink wasn’t actually full and there was a lot of Matcha that was not blended or stirred in. So they do make mistakes as expected but overall they’re good.“

I enjoy my order of black coffee with a side of egg white and spinach wrap. If I'm feeling indulgent, I order the coffee cake to go along with my coffee.
The wait is not too bad, considering they also have a drive through option.
The staff is very friendly and always smiling. Today, the sweet lady who handed me my order asked if I would like a stopper for my coffee cup so the it doesn't spill. It might not be a big thing, but we all know the mess coffee can make when it spills while we are driving. I had no idea starbucks has something like that. Such a small gesture, but her preemptiveness made my drive easy. Thank you!
